The place seemed nice in the begiing, but after my relative have been there, it seems the place is falling a part. it is not clean as we thought. the Laundry room never seem cleaned. the dryers and washers are not cleaned periodically by the staff workers. if made complained, the Office staff give the answer what ever excuse they think of. most of the time Office is found closed before their time to close. i am disappointed. will plan to find better place for my relative.

Burbank Senior Artists was a nice community. The staff was very nice, very friendly, and supportive. It seemed like a very nice place. The grounds were very clean. It's very close to the historic district of Burbank where there were shops and stores. The rooms were fairly new and very clean, and there was an in-unit washer and dryer, which was impressive. They had transportation to the shops, artist classes, fitness classes, and a full schedule of classes you could sign up for.

The experience at Burbank was very good. They had wonderful activities and good administrative staff. It’s in walking distance to a lot of shops, grocery stores, and the bank. Food isn't served, so we cooked our own meals since the apartments had full kitchens.

Everything about Burbank Senior Artists Colony was good. They had lots of activities such as art workshops, books, arts and crafts, and classes where people make drawings and pictures and things like that. I liked their location.
