My brother-in-law was at Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel. He was only there for a little bit, then he went straight to the hospice and passed away within a few days. The feedback I had when working with them trying to get him in was good. It's just he was sicker than we thought. It was a very nice place. The people were very friendly and helpful. However, it took a long time to get a rebate check from what he had paid. Other than that, everything was really nice. I only dealt with the administrator, and he was very good. My brother-in-law hadn't had much food because he was only there for three days and he was quite ill most of the time that he was there.

I toured Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel for my loved one. Before we even got to the facility, I was interested because it was much closer to us. It's only 2.7 miles away from where we live. The one that my loved one is in now is 16 miles away and every time we would have to visit, it would be 32 miles. And if we had to visit and then take the loved one to a medical appointment or something, it's four times. So, closeness was the first indicator that I knew that this was something I needed to investigate further. It's very modern, very beautiful, and well-maintained. It was not mealtime, but they had samples there, and the menu for the day was on a blackboard. The facility itself, the dining area, was absolutely beautiful. The layout is very well thought out. They have exercise areas, a theater, and libraries. They have little seating areas so if the resident gets tired, they can sit down immediately and just relax when they're moving around. They have readily available restrooms, mail slots where they can pick up mailboxes, and a beautiful garden with water features such as waterfalls, pools, and little bridges. It is just a phenomenally well-placed, well-thought-out, and well-executed facility.

I had an in-person tour of Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel. The dining room looked very nice. The rooms were large and had very nicely designed bathrooms. They have a pool, a courtyard with an outdoor patio, a small library, a movie room, and a fitness room. The staff was very helpful, informative, professional, and courteous. She was very thorough and took her time to walk me through the community. The facility is a little dated, but they are making improvements. They are also upgrading the internet and cable TV access to provide that to all rooms.

Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel is more like a retirement center. The building that we went in, like the retirement center, was really nice. It was an upscale facility. Everything there was nice, clean, and friendly. They could bring their own refrigerator like the small one for the dorm. They could bring in their own furniture. The staff who toured us was very friendly and knowledgeable. They had shut down the pool because of COVID, but they have a courtyard, and some had balcony areas.

My friend will be moving into Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel. The staff is very friendly, and everything was updated. It's fresh and very clean. The atmosphere is very nice; I think she's going to like that. Tight now because of COVID naturally, there's a lot of things that they can't do, but once things settle down, they'll be able to do a lot more. The one thing I was very impressed with is when you walk in, outside they have two wash stations. When you walk in the door, you have to do your temperature, and they make you fill out a form every time you walk to the door and make sure you have to show your vaccination card. They're very careful as to keep everyone there safe. That was my first impression. The dining room is very clean. They have a pool there, which is very nice; and a jacuzzi. Naturally, no one can use this right now. All the lawns outside have areas where people could just sit and enjoy the fresh air. This thing is very manicured and beautiful. The room that she's getting is large, it was immaculate. When you walk through, everything's clean and freshly painted. They have a media room; this way they'll show movies for the residents. There's lots and lots of activities for everyone. So, if someone doesn't like one thing, they could always do something else. They have a beauty salon downstairs. The food was very good, their menu is very good. They gave me a paper for her to fill out with the things she likes. I thought that was a nice gesture; this way she can get whatever she likes, and they'll know that what she doesn't like.

Arcadia Gardens worked closely with us to get my aunt into their memory care facility. Due to both physical and mental struggles she was dealing with, she was definitely a challenging resident for them to take on. They did so willingly and with compassion. The facility was nice and it was very helpful to us that they were able to provide furniture. Only misgiving was difficulty getting someone to return my calls about having unused days refunded after my aunt passed away. They did issue a check over two months later.

Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating. They asked questions about my mother-in-law, her needs, as well as the family, because they wanted to know more about her. The rooms were clean, well furnished, and well lit.

My parent-in-laws are already placed in Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel. We're very happy with it. It's more like a hotel than a home. The dining area is nice. It has a very nice hotel feeling, like you're in a resort.

Arcadia was OK, but one thing about this place is that its three levels. My mother likes being on the ground floor. The rooms were OK, and they have a good program for residents.

The rooms at Arcadia were nice, and my mother had a private room. The staff was good and very careful with my mom. We had some issues with the food for a while, but in general, the food was good, and I liked it.

The people at Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel are very friendly, but it smelled kind of muggy when I walked in. It’s like a hotel where it’s not very open. There are a lot of hallways and seemed like there were a lot of people around. The rooms were a lot smaller and a lot more expensive. The people were friendly and had a lot of activities, so I would give them a rating of two stars just because the lady who assisted me was really nice. I would suggest that they check on the smell of the place. It smelled like a pharmacy, not good.

I did not like Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel because it simply was a hotel. That was what it reminded me of, and I do not want to stay in a hotel for the rest of my life. It was nice. It had a really nice big room with a balcony. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel is clean and well-staffed. They take care of people with dignity. There are lots of activities and opportunities for socialization. It is privately owned; the owners are kind and considerate. It is an amazing place. My mom is there for assisted living. They processed all her paperwork very quickly and made sure she was happy with the room. They provided all her furniture and even found a friend for her; she was never alone. The food is delicious. It is restaurant style. She loves it. She is very happy, and she is very picky. The dining room is elegant and clean, the staff is very accommodating, there are options, and they are given entertainment. They have Bingo, movies, exercise classes, music, a band, chorus, and arts and crafts. There is a hair salon, a pool, and a gym.

Dad is at Arcadia for a month now and we liked it. It's clean and the whole facility seems to be well maintained. They seemed to have a very professional staff. The food is good. I think that is all I could say at this point because he hasn’t been there long enough yet, but at this point I can recommend the facility.
