Assisted Living Communities in Tooele, UT

"My friend will go to Crescent Senior Living. She has Parkinson's, and there is a distinct possibility of her losing memory as she gets older, and that has the memory care unit attached to it, so she wouldn't have to move as far. We did the assisted living because that's where she would be going. I liked the wide halls. The staff was great. It was beautiful. It was a full meal that I had, and what I appreciated was that I had some fairly restrictive dietary needs, and they were very good about it. The chef came out to talk to us, and they did a very nice job there."

"The other day, we visited this community. It was very positive. They would made you feel welcome and would show you around. The people working there were very helpful, positive, and upbeat. We saw a couple rooms. One was being lived in and an empty one. It had nice arrangements and a nice size. "

"My husband moved to Valencia at Draper. They're taking care of him and giving him the medication when he needs it and all that kind of stuff. It's just worked out. They serve three meals a day. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a little courtyard in the memory care unit. It's small, but it's sufficient."

"Spring Gardens Draper had a very homey and comfortable atmosphere. The staff who toured me around was very welcoming, very informative, and just very easy to talk to. We liked that there weren't set hours when they had to go to the cafeteria to eat. The apartment had a little kitchenette with a good-sized refrigerator, but you had to bring your own microwave and furniture. They had a big courtyard in the middle. They had barbecues and other activities there. There were nice places to sit with tables with umbrellas and garden space."

"The team at Cottonwood Creek is wonderful, kind and caring. It is a lovely facility with a charming fireplace and large living room when you enter that makes you feel right at home. The staff made the transition very easy for my dad and made him feel welcome and taken care of. The whole team is very accessible and supportive. Ashlee in the marketing office was super helpful even before my dad moved in with assisting us in getting things organized and also visited my father in his nursing home to welcome him and make him feel comfortable before he moved in. My dad is very happy there and settled in quickly. His most favorite part is the delicious food and friendly service in the beautiful dining room. There is a lot of light and windows throughout the building, it’s very clean and warm. My dad also enjoys the gym, many activities and the nice walking path outside that circles the building so that he will not get lost. Not only is my dad very happy it is also a great place for family to visit him. We feel very lucky that we found Cottonwood Creek! "

"We like everything about Sunrise of Sandy. They seemed to have a really nice facility. They have nice decor and furnishings and tons of activities. The amount of care and levels of care that they offer, like you can get more if you need it or less if you need it. We didn't really have much we didn't like. The lady who gave the tour was super, super helpful and very knowledgeable. The building was very clean and we liked the structure. There are railings on every wall. The rooms were really nice. It felt like a really homey place."

"The Wellington looked like a really nice place. The staff acted like they were positive and helpful, and it seemed like it would have been a nice place for our mother. The apartments seemed really nice and were just one big room with a bed, TV, living room furniture, and kitchen table. "

"Sunrise at Holladay is a new facility. It is very well set up, looks very new and seems very pleasant. It would probably be a good fit for my mom, although it’s the most expensive facility I have visited. The rooms were very nice. Everything was very nice, but it’s just on the higher end of my price range. "

"Our experience with Legacy Village of Sugar House has been very good. The rooms have lots of variety from studio to two-bedroom and many choices to select from. They've got excellent amenities and excellent activities, lots of choices, lots of input. They have a resident counsel that gives input. It's a good value. My father is in assisted living, but it has independent living and memory care as well. The staff is very good, very friendly and outgoing. They've got a great wellness center, great reading room, and very good community spaces. My brother said the food was pretty good."

"We chose Capital Hill Senior Living for my mom because it's close to me and it was a nice facility. She moved into their memory care last week and they're doing a great job, so far. The workers there are very helpful and treat my mother very well. The food is very good. Every time I come to visit, she's been down in the community area with other residents and watching TV, which is something we couldn't get her to do before so it's really good. It's a very nice facility and it's kept very clean. It's close to hospitals and there are restaurants close by."

"We liked Rocky Mountain Care Sarah Daft Home. If my mother-in-law had been more independent and was able to navigate herself more, we might have picked that place because we liked the homey atmosphere. They had a creative activities director, and the people were involved in games. They had some beautiful quilting work that some of the clients had made. They have a common gathering room, but it's not for people that are more dependent or need more guidance. I think it's more for independent people. There was a lady in a walker, but she was mentally fine. They have different rooms. They have some where they have to go across the hall to a shared bathroom with showers, and then they have like apartments where they have their own private bathroom. They were larger, and we liked those. The second one was like a studio, but it was pretty large, and the third room that we saw had a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. It's an older place, so there is that to consider. But if my husband and I had to choose between that and the other place, we probably would have chosen the Sarah Daft Home because we just like the cozy community atmosphere there. After all, it is smaller. The staff was nice. A lot of them have been there for a long time. "

"BeeHive Homes a very good place, my mom is happy here. They are right on top of everything. The staff is accommodating and attentive. She's got a single room with a single bed, a dresser, a bathroom, and a shower. I had her in other places, and she really liked this place. "

"Saratoga View is a wonderful place with a beautiful building and a very kind staff. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a comfortable, home-like environment for residents. The staff members are compassionate, attentive, and go above and beyond to ensure the well-being of everyone in their care. "Highland Glen's rooms were very nice, clean, and a good size. We had a great tour. It was a beautiful facility. We saw the dining area, but we did not eat the food. When we were there, most of the people were gone for an activity. They were out of the building, and it was very quiet. "
