"I am staying here. Everything is excellent, and I am very happy here. It is a lovely place and decorated nicely. The staff is wonderful. I have absolutely don't have any complaints. They have a full-time activities director, and there was always something going on. I participate in the activities, like art classes, and we go into town once or twice a week to shop and go to a restaurant."

"When I toured Clarita Cordizar Adult Foster Home, it was clutter free and it smelled good, like she was cooking something for dinner. I saw a spacious bedroom with an attached bathroom. I met Claire, the lady who owns it, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a house. Compared to the other one I saw, it had nicer views out of the windows. I could see the trees in the neighborhood and even far enough out to see the hillsides of Ashland."

"I would recommend Northridge Center. I like everything about it; the rooms, food, the way they kept the rooms, the way they kept it closed, and all of this. She had nothing to do except what she wanted to do. Unfortunately, it was on the highway there, and in the later stages she is going out the door and across the street. Send anyone that wants to be in a nice quiet facility as everything you would ever want there. They could have as much oversight as they want. They had games, they went to places, they went out to the stores, church, and they have people come in for entertainment. "

"Anna Maria Creekside was a very friendly place with a homey environment. The staff was extremely friendly, outgoing, and willing to please. The rooms as well as the facility in general were well maintained. The courtyard was beautiful and had fountains, flowers, and plants. The floor plans were good. "

"My wife and I moved into a cottage at Rogue Valley Manor just about a year ago from NorCal. This is one of the best decisions that we have made. We researched and visited multiple CCRCs on the West Coast and found RVM best suited to our needs. This is a vibrant, active and supportive community. There are over 100 activities that one can get involved in. Over 11% of the residents are from Hawaii and that says something! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Hoping for more vegetarian dining options over time. There are multiple floor plans for apartments and cottages, ranging from 400 sq.ft. to 3000 sq.ft. The grounds are immaculately landscaped and it's like resort living. My advise to prospective residents is always to come visit, get a tour and speak to as many residents as possible!"

"My experience with The Springs at Veranda Park is quite good. They've very active and have a great deal of amenities. The dining area is beautiful and our chef is quite talented. My room is beautiful. I have a cottage. Like any place, they have a hard time holding on to staff because of their wages, but they are friendly. They offer sewing groups, games, cards, and bocce ball. They have quite a few activities. The facility is beautiful and security is good."

"My aunt just moved in a few days ago. I'm so impressed. I worked in the home health field for 9 years. The management, nursing and staff are exceptional. Thanks for taking such good care of our loved one. We feel she is loved and safe there."

"My dad is in Avamere - Three Fountains and everything is good, so far. I give the staff, room, everything two thumbs up. He seems to be happy. I go there every night to see him, and he seems pretty pleased. He doesn’t have anything bad to say about them. The staff is professional because if there are issues or anything like that, they call me like I asked them to. "

"What I like about Ashley Manor Care Center is that it's small and intimate. The staff is fabulous, caring, compassionate, and funny. My mom has been here for almost two months now. Being a small facility, they can almost give the residents one on one care. They have two residents per room, and it's a fairly large room, so they are not tripping over each other. The place is very spacious. With regards to their food, they offer different varieties. The place is also secured. They have a code to get in and a code to get out. I am absolutely very satisfied with them. "

"With The Orchards Assisted Living, it wasn't a very pleasant visit. The second I walked in, the two people at the front desk, I told them that we were there for a tour, and they stood there fighting about who was going to take us on a tour. They were fighting like, 'I'm not doing it.' 'No, I'm not doing it.' 'I already did one today, so I'm not doing it.' It was just like they were fighting, and my mom and I were just standing there waiting for somebody to take us on a tour. It wasn't very pleasant. The facility was nice. There wasn't an issue with the facility. It was mainly just the staffing. One of the managers ended up taking us on a tour, and every time I tried to ask her a question about something that was going on or just trying to get more information about the facility, she was like, 'Oh, I don't know. You would have to talk to somebody else.' It was really bad. I also noticed like even when we were doing the tours, the lady was very interactive with the residents. We were kind of walking right past them. For amenities, they don't have a beauty salon, but they have a huge room that has everything in it. It has a bookshelf with some books on it, and it has a TV with some couches. They don't have like an individual library or anything like that. They just have a little bookshelf with some books on it. "

"The Fountain Plaza was an older facility. They're doing some upgrades, but it's older. It's not as well-appointed as some of the others. We saw both a studio and a one-bedroom. The activities were very nice. We even saw a couple of the residents having a good time. They were playing bingo. They have a library, and they have pretty much like the other places."

"Weatherly Inn is beautiful. It's very friendly, and they have lots of help. The staff is very helpful, very nice, and caring. The room we saw was a single room with a shared bathroom. There were private ones, but there weren't any available when we went. The room itself was very new and clean because it's a very new building. They had a room with a kitchen that the guests could actually cook with an assistant, and they could bring family in and cook for them. The dining room was big and bright, had nice big windows, and was pretty. They have a salon, ongoing physical activities, playing catch with a balloon, and television. They had lots of activities to offer throughout the day. The place was beautifully clean. Everything about it was perfect."

"I visited Laurel Pines this last week to consider admitting my father, whom I brought with me and is a Marine veteran of 8 years. This was not an easy thing for me to do considering how independent he has been throughout his life. We had an encounter with a young man who worked there, with a good deal of facial hair and a blue smock. As I wheeled my father up to the door we bumped into him and began to have a talk about the facility and what it has to offer, as my father has suffered from a stroke this last year he can't speak well and tried his best to join in the conversation the best he could. This seemed to be quite funny to the young man and after a heated exchange we left very quickly. I can't begin to express my disgust and concern that all of Laurel Pines employees are like the man we encountered. Sincearly Peter B "
