"We've been in Rogue Valley Manor for four years now. It's a large community and there are 900-plus residents here, so there are a lot of people to pick from to be friends or to have time with. The apartments are very nice, but we're in a house, and it is very nice because the woman that was here before had put about $30,000 in it and remodeled it. The surroundings are beautiful and well manicured. There are a lot of gardeners taking care of the grounds. It's very nice, and the location is good. You can't walk to the store because there are a lot of hills, unless the bus takes you down to shop, which they do, but in Covid-19, nobody's doing anything. You have to pay to have your things delivered to the main office if you don't drive. We're in independent living, but they have everything here. They have nursing care and memory care. It's a CCRC."

"Anna Maria Creekside was wonderful. The person who assisted me was very good and established a connection with me right away, and I was impressed with the activity list that they had. They're going to the coast sometime in the future. However, I wasn't happy that they didn't have cottages, only apartments."
