I have moved into Bonaventure of Medford. When I came here, it was like moving home. I felt like I had moved into my house. The staff members are excellent. I've been feeling a little down today and they've checked on me three times just to make sure that I'm okay. So they're on it. They're very kind and very caring. They're very proactive. I am in a one-bedroom unit, and I like it very much. It's very clean. On Saturday, they'll be here to vacuum my place, take care of things, and take out the garbage. They're very friendly. The food is very good. It is always very fresh and very well done. Bonaventure is a bit expensive, but it's worth every penny you spend. Regarding activities, they're very sensitive to what their clients are interested in. They'll take you out on drives. They have happy hours. They're just doing it all. It's great. Everyone is very happy here. The only thing that I might suggest that they could do better would be to make sure that the staff wears their badges all the time with their names on them. It is a little disconcerting to walk in and they're not wearing their badges.

Bonaventure of Medford is a very lovely facility. Nicely appointed. Practically brand new. The one program that I was very interested in is that they offer classes for caretakers once a month, so I'm planning to go to that. They're very nurturing to the community as well as to their clients. The rooms were very nice. The upkeep was very good.

We moved my 91 year old mom there about six months ago. She has never lived alone an she is very content and happy there. The daily activities are really creative an interesting. The food is very good and a different selection every day. The staff is very interactive with the residents. My moms fire alarm started beeping at 4 in the morning an one of the top dogs came an changed it for her. Wonderful cosmetic station for personal needs all out the best.

I was a resident of Bonaventure of Medford. It's a two-bedroom apartment, 950sqft. It has a bigger living room than where I am currently at right now. They mostly have card games and bingo, and most of the in-house types of activities rather than outside activities. They have a more elaborate kitchen at Bonaventure plus they have their own dining room and they have a library.

I took my friend to Bonaventure of Medford. We spent four hours there. It's a very happy place. Everybody was so sweet and nice. They're just very helpful and very welcoming. It was very clean. I would physically live there myself. The dining room was beautiful. My friend loved the private dining room where she could have her family if needed. She just loved it all together, but it's a bummer she doesn't get to go there. The staff there were amazing. The condition of the place was very nice.

I had no problem with Bonaventure of Medford. It's a very good facility. It's just too big. My wife in addition to needing memory care was coming out of the hospital with a broken leg. She needed something smaller, more intimate, with closer supervision. I had no problem with the staff. They're very attentive. It just wasn't a good fit at that time. The rooms were very nice, large, and very clean. I have no problem at all with the facility and the way they presented it. The atmosphere appeared good to me. It's first class.

Bonaventure of Medford was very clean, and the people were very friendly. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very nice. They had a lot of activities. This place was very spacious. Even to go get a cup of coffee, it would be a long walk. The residents there seemed to be able to get around pretty well, in my opinion. There were a lot of good things about it. I had a meal and the servers were nice and helpful.

We chose Bonaventure of Medford for my father, the place is great. It's pretty expensive but all these places are. They have a good assortment of food and good quality. His room is nice, everything is brand new because it's a brand-new facility. They celebrate every holiday, they have activities that are interactive. It's full of all kinds of stuff like pianos, fireplaces, laundry facilities, shuttle service, and pretty much anything you can think of. The people who work there were super nice. They have a workout area, and an art area, they do exercise and movie nights.

Moving my parents into Bonaventure has been made an easier process due to the wonderful staff who have answered all our questions and gone way beyond the expectations to help smooth the transition. The executive team of Debbie and Jenifer have been wonderfully gracious in helping us with all the glitches we ran into. The facility is beautiful, the food is gourmet, and the residents we've met have all been so friendly and have spoken so highly of everything. We look forward to becoming part of the Bonaventure family

The Bonaventure of Medford has multiple floors. The layout was very nice. It's big, and in a sense, it's just in a lot of areas. They got several floors, and one floor is dedicated to memory care. We had lunch there. I'm very impressed. In a comparison of the two places that we've gone to, this would be the luxury model for what they provide and it's just bigger and fancier. The impression you get is it's just large. The staff were very nice. They had different areas for different things, like if you crochet, or this and that. It's a nice clean place and they have accommodations and activities. They offer you anything you want. The food that we had there was very nice, and the options are there. I think you can eat anytime you want, but we just ordered. There were four of us and the food was very good. We had burgers or something like that. They get such a large menu that you can choose from.

My mother is at Bonaventure of Medford. They're giving her meds and such. It's a nice community. We've had some medication problems with her cat; they would forget medications. The staff is nice. My mom likes it there. It's beautiful inside. Her room is clean. There was a time when they weren't cleaning. I think when COVID started, they lost their cleaning person. My mom's room was pretty bad, but generally they're really good. She's got a nice room.

Bonaventure of Medford was very nice and the accommodations were very nice. I didn't care much for the carpeting, but the girl told me that they used that kind of carpeting because it's easier for wheelchairs to roll on. I had a very nice experience. I was very pleased with the staff. They're very nice, very accommodating, and very knowledgeable. It's a brand new building.
