"There's nothing I did not like about Spring Arbor of Severna Park. The place was very clean. It had all kinds of activities. It covered all the needs that my relative would require as far as activity and motivation. It was a very friendly place, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities going on, like events, physical therapy, and places to go outside, which were pleasant."

"I visited Arcadia of Denton. It's very clean outside. The lawns were done, the flower beds were nice, and the building was nice. The only thing I didn't like is they only had a few private rooms. The people were awesome, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and answered all my questions. They offered us some drinks. I did not check the menu, but they told me about it. It was still in Covid, so they were limited on what we could do. They watch movies. They have somebody come in and play music. They do crafts. The rooms were very clean and very taken care of."

"My father will be moving into Arcadia of Denton II. The location can't be beat. It's about ten minutes from their house. His wife would be able to go and visit anytime. Just overall the facility was very nice. The staff who showed us around was just amazing. My father's wife seemed much more comfortable with the idea of admitting him to a long-term care facility after seeing that facility. It was overall a very good visit. There was really nothing that we saw that we didn't like. They showed us a small single room. One of the other nice things is there's a bathroom right across the hall from that room. There's a bathroom next door to that room with a shower, and there's another huge bathroom right at the end of the hall, which includes a shampoo station. Apparently, a lady comes in once a week to get everybody a shampoo if they need one. They had a nice little courtyard in the back with a green area and some seating. Also, the place seemed very secure and quiet. The menus looked fine. The facility was split into a couple different buildings."

"I have toured the Pasadena Home Care and the people were very nice. We were there at the time when they were eating and they had good meals with choices that they could have and that was very nice. It's a care home and everybody, the seniors that were there, seemed satisfied enough and friendly. The staff was friendly too. I didn't get to try the food but they were all sitting down because it was time for dinner when we were there. They had choices of roast beef and if they didn't want that, they had turkey and gravy. They also had dessert. You can either have fruit or a pumpkin pie. The rooms weren't updated yet, they were a little old but you can bring your own stuff into it. That's a choice you would have. Each one also had its own bathroom. Outside was well-kept although they had some shrubberies back there that needed trimming."

"The staff is professional and very caring toward the residents. It's all very wonderful. The facility has 16 private rooms for its residents and one bathroom for every two rooms. The rooms are simple but clean and nice and all of them have windows that overlook the grounds. My mother likes it very much."

"I went to Arcadia of Crofton. I was impressed. There seemed to be a good ratio of people assisting. I got there around the time that they were cooking and the food smelled good. The residents look fine. I visited and I was happy. They have two houses. The grounds look peaceful. It's convenient for me. This is the facility that I may consider if my husband has to go into an assisted living facility. The rooms were fine. They have rooms with a private bathroom and they have rooms where you share a bathroom."

"I enjoyed meeting the greeter at Regency Park. I saw that they were doing activities. They had a lovely dining room, and I knew that they were going to be pairing my aunt up with other women to encourage socialization at meals. It was great that her room would be furnished. It seemed reasonable, well cared for, and nice. They couldn't go out in the backyard though, but they could go out in the front yard. The room had just a bedroom and its own bathroom. They had music and everybody was gathered around in the little living room participating. The staff was lovely and pleasant. The menu had very good options. The facility was on a smaller scale."

"I toured Spring Arbor of Crofton. What I like least is the distance from family and the medical care that we've already established. What I like best is that it has a very nice campus. There are lots of outdoor spaces to assist the seniors around. There are lots of activities. The residents appeared to be engaged. It was more of an apartment-studio style, so residents were able to personalize more. We are looking at assisted living and being able to go into memory care. If I choose them, they have to come out and do an assessment. We went into the dining room. They have a very nice dining. They personalized it for all the residents for the afternoon. It was more on the upscale side, which is more than we were actually looking for."

"Utopia Caring Assisted Living is a well manicured, clean, safe home environment for your love ones. The owner is very helpful and caring. He is focused on meeting clients needs and establishing an effective plan for each patient. The caregivers and medical team go beyond the call of duty to address all of the clients needs. They are proactive, great communicators and try to meet each client where they are and help maintain their livelihood. This assisted living has good meal options that it’s specific to each person dietary and health management needs. The home has the safe at home feeling and not like an assistant living placement. This has helped my father. My father was in poor health with hospitalizations. My father was placed in home in June of 2023 . With the excellent care with the caregivers and home care he is improving with a diabetic wound and overall doing a little better. My father actually calls it home with joy. Thanks Utopia Care. "Tribute at Melford was very nice and clean. The residents looked happy and settled in. The staff during the tour was nice and very informative. She asked me questions just trying to get a feel for what I was looking for, and to see if my husband was a match. The rooms were very nice. A lot of thought went into the design. She gave me a dessert to go, which was really good. There was a card room. They had someone coming in to do exercises with the residents. There was a puzzle room. It looked well maintained."

"I went to look at The Hamlet at Queenstown. The facility was well-run. The staff was very courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The amenities and the facilities were very nice. If my mom only needed assisted living, it's a nice place. The kitchen was very clean. Nobody was expecting me to come, but the facility was extremely clean."

"My sister stayed at Caring Hearts & Hands ALF for respite. She enjoyed being there and she was comfortable. We only met the lady that runs and owns the place. We saw one of the meals that she was preparing and it looked very appetizing. My sister said she ate very well while she was there. When I picked her up, she was in good shape. She was happy there."

"I am a resident of Abundance Care. My room is a single room, and I could bring my own bed, dresser, TV, and refrigerator. They have a patio. The staff is bright and purposeful. We get three meals a day and snacks. This is my third caregiver, and they get a five on food. We just recently had a TV night. The residents go out to the senior citizens home for activities for about four to five hours every day."
