"I am using Interim HealthCare of Annapolis for my mom. I like that it was a minority-owned company. That was one thing that really struck me. My mom likes the caregiver, and she's doing well. They provide meal prep. They take her out to church and venues like that. She gives her a lot of companion care. The caregiver, I would describe her as awesome. Regarding billing, I understand that if we didn't get all the hours, we wouldn't be charged for all the hours. So, I would say that was ideal. They do ACH payments. They will send a pre-invoice on Saturday. If you have any questions, comments, or updates on the bill, you can reach out directly, and they will draft it on Sunday. And, it's working out fine."
