I found Comfort Keepers very easy to deal with. They have went out of their way to help my Dad ,who is 84. I would recommend them to everyone.

I wish I could give this company NO stars. The ladies in the office will tell you what ever it takes to get your bussiness. They say your shifts will be filled even if they have no idea a caregiver would want or need the hours. So your often left with your elderly parents left alone. They won't even call or give you notice of the care givers cancellation. The lady's in the office don't follow up or call you back. If they do it's to give you the runaround or tell you a caregivers personal bussiness. I left and have been with another company and have had no problems.

Careful when using this company. Make sure you read all of the 10 pages of the contract!! They should be called "Cash Keepers"--They will charge you for everything. One caregiver was fantastic the other one was not!--The other one was not qualified to take care of our elderly mom. She had to call CK for help--so of course we got charged for that. In the initial orientation they should have realized that!!! Will never recommend or use this company again.

When we went to Ohio for certain reasons and we had to be away for awhile, we hired Comfort Keepers and they were very good. The caregiver took her out to lunch. They hang out and I think my mom likes that she is a very young woman.

We are using Comfort Keepers generally for Personal Care Aide (CNA) and companion care. We had a bad experience with other agencies before so we are really quite particular when it comes to the service my dad was getting. We are working with Comfort Keepers together with another agency for six weeks now, and so far everything is fine. The people were very professional and caring. And I'm positive that it will work smoothly for us.
