The agency has always been able to provide backup caregivers or extend services for overtime or overnight hours, especially under emergency medical situations. The staff is punctual, and they are very caring with my sister, the actual client.

I have no problem with Freedom Home Care. They provided people who are helpful. I chose them because they were attentive, they called me right away, and were interested in doing it. It's working out well.
