I am using Interim HealthCare of Annapolis for my mom. I like that it was a minority-owned company. That was one thing that really struck me. My mom likes the caregiver, and she's doing well. They provide meal prep. They take her out to church and venues like that. She gives her a lot of companion care. The caregiver, I would describe her as awesome. Regarding billing, I understand that if we didn't get all the hours, we wouldn't be charged for all the hours. So, I would say that was ideal. They do ACH payments. They will send a pre-invoice on Saturday. If you have any questions, comments, or updates on the bill, you can reach out directly, and they will draft it on Sunday. And, it's working out fine.

This company would frequently send inexperienced caregivers to look after my mother when the more experienced one she really liked was not available. One caregiver would be on the phone constantly and would lie when the president asked about it, and another caregiver rearranged and threw things away, without permission, while I was not home, which led to me not being able to find important things that my mom needed. Not only did the president of this agency frequently send inexperienced caregivers to my home, which caused much upset and confusion for my mother who has Alzheimer's, he would minimize my concerns, fabricate and blame me, the client, as the reason different people were sent to our home almost every day. When I chose not to work with Interim of Annapolis anymore, the president told others that he referred me to a different agency, which is not true. I have proof of everything this review mentions. If you value transparency, integrity, high-quality care, and not just someone who wants your money, you would be better off choosing another agency.

Art and his team were wonderful to our family during the period of time they supported my husband. If we had a question Art was available 24 hours a day to respond. The care givers, who bathed and attended to Jim, were gentle, yet thorough, in all aspects of his care. Not only, did they take care of Jim, but they also helped me with cooking, laundry and other aspects of my daily routine. I can't praise Interim enough for the comprehensive care they provided. In the later stages of Jim's illness Haja and the other caregivers worked well with the Hospice nurse who came in to our home. We very highly recommend Interim to anyone needing caregiving services.

Interim has been the best allowing us to cancel or make changes at the last minute. I can't say enough for our care providers who have given our family excellent support and advice.

The care givers are young ladies eager to help. The director is so willing to accommodate my needs especially since we were operating in an environment new to me and my family.
