My mom is at Stonehaven Assisted Living, and she is doing fine out there. We like the fact that the aides and everyone working there are all nice to my mom. Her room is nice. The food is pretty good, too, which she's happy about. She has a small kitchenette that has a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff are friendly. My mom wears a button around her neck, and as soon as she pushes that, someone comes very quickly, so that's always important. They're kind to her. They have activities. They give them a calendar every month. A resident is welcome to attend an activity or not. My mom is slowly starting to do that, so that's good.

I toured Stonehaven Assisted Living. The staff who showed me through were very articulate and courteous. I appreciated her time. The facility that was shown to me seemed to be perfectly adequate. I looked at a couple of rooms, and I thought both were fine. They're small, but they seem to be in good order and would be perfectly functional. You have to bring your own appliances; however, I don't think they would permit a resident to have a microwave or something that might be a hazard. I was impressed with the staff; she was good.

I was able to visit Stonehaven Assisted Living, but it smells like urine. The staff that I met couldn't have been nicer. Some of their amenities were a courtyard and a nice patio. But the smell just turned me off, so there's no way I would consider this place. The person who gave the tour was so incredibly nice, gave a great tour, and was very knowledgeable. The facility itself was just plain, there wasn't anything special. The foyer or walk-in area wasn't inviting, and the dining area was also nothing special. This community was pet-friendly.

We toured Stonehaven Assisted Living. I was impressed. The residents were sitting out in a living room area. They had a fireplace, and they had the fire going. It was very homey. They also had where they could choose their own meals. If they didn't like what was being served, they could choose something else, which I thought was pretty impressive. The rooms were nice and large. They could use their own furniture. They provide laundry service, and they have a salon. It was nice. From what I could see, it was excellent. It looked like they had plenty of staff, and we met quite a few of them. It was right after Christmas when we were there, and it was decorated great. It was just like being at home. The staff were really good. We talked to the girl that did the social activities and she had lots of energy, and she was positive. I liked her, too. It was an excellent place.

Stonehaven Assisted Living was a very nice facility. They have studio and one-bedroom apartments for assisted living residents, and they're both very nice. The people there were really great. They fixed us lunch and the food was great. The dining area looked really nice. This facility only has about 30 clients at this time, so it's not real big, which I like. These rooms have a full-size refrigerator and a pretty large kitchen area, which the other places I've been did not have. It had a pretty good-sized living space, a big walk-in closet, and a walk-in shower in the bathroom. They were very easy to deal with. They said if there's a problem getting in and out, they would take the doors off or do whatever they needed to do. They're very accommodating. I talked to several different staff members and they were all very helpful, and it seemed like they were generally interested in my mother's care. It looked really nice as far as the floors and walls and everything. They were doing some remodeling, which is inevitable, but it wasn't anything that caused any congestion or anything like that. They have a salon, they have a laundry area, and they also have an activities director, with a lot of activities and different things. They have a bus and they take people different places. They were planning a fishing trip. They're just a little bit more expensive than some of the other places I've been to.

I looked at Stonehaven Assisted Living. It was a very friendly atmosphere. I liked the layout of their building. They shared their monthly activities calendar and I feel like there's really a lot of attention to the social life of the residents. The place was very clean and updated. The staff was very knowledgeable about the needs of the residents and interested in ways to meet those needs.

Stonehaven Assisted Living offers me everything that I need. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't ask for anything better. They play volleyball, bingo, uno, there's classic TV, this week we had a very funny speaker come in, there are trips to Wal-Mart and Kroger, and Wal-Mart delivers to our rooms as well. They have a van that takes us to our doctors' appointments, there's gospel music, church services, and a salon where I get a pedicure and get my haircut. We have food choices, meaning if we don't want what they bring us, we can ask for something else. My room is large and has a walk-in closet. It's nicer than any other facilities that I looked at in my town, and it's the most inexpensive facility in North Little Rock.

Stonehaven Assisted Living was fine, and I had no complaints. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine and adequate. I didnt see anything outstanding about it, but they had a furnished room, and they will allow us to use it on a respite basis. The dining room looked like any other dining room, and it had a nice view. I thought their prices were reasonable, and theyre just as good as the others.

After looking at multiple Assisted Living communities, we are so thrilled with Stonehaven. The staff is wonderful, engaged and truly care about the residents. The community is very clean and I after speaking to the Director, they are getting ready to have new carpet, which will be very nice. It has a very "warm" feel to the community. I love that it is 1 story. No elevators or long distances to meals & activities. The food is good and the chef is very engaged. He comes out to greet guests and visits with residents after meals to see how they enjoyed it. Rooms are spacious, even the studio's have large closet and full-size refrigerator. My family and I highly recommend Stonehaven.

My brother has been a resident of Stonehaven Assisted Living for several weeks now. He's in a studio apartment, and they provide three meals a day. He's in a wheelchair so they take him to the dining hall. He's got his own TV and phone and gets therapy once a week. They have three type of rooms there. He has a nurse there aside from therapy once a week. The nurse gives him his medication. He doesn't like to participate in the activities aside from talking to other men he see in the dining hall, but there are also exercises for the residents. My brother doesn't like the meals.

My mother moved into Stonehaven Asst Living before she passed. The staff was very kind, very polite, its a very clean facility, and they were very accommodating in the registration and assessment process. I had a good experience with them. They were very supportive when my mom went back to the hospital. The rooms were clean, spacious, they were well-maintained, well-equipped, and they were secure. They have laundry, they bring a DJ to play music suitable for the tenants, they have a nice, little activity room, a library for tenants to use, and mailboxes.

Stonehaven Assisted Living gave me a warm welcome during my visit. Everybody was very polite. I met the staff, and the chef who was super. They were going to redo the carpet and do a little bit of renovating. I met the director and the coordinator, they were super people, very nice, warm, and will do everything to help you as much as they can. They also gave me the information on the finances. They also followed up with calls at home to see how you're doing and welcome you to come back out and so on. They're just like family. There's no odor or old smell, and I have nothing bad to say about the community. They have a craft room, a meeting room, and different activities for the residents. They also help those having difficulty with mobility along if they want to go to the lunch room for example.

Everything at Stonehaven Assisted Living is really good, and the people are fantastic. The apartment has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. It is very clean. Housekeeping comes in and cleans the blinds, windows, bathrooms, floors, and carpets. The staff is wonderful, very courteous, and always on top of things. They bent over backwards to help us move in and set up. You call them, and they're always there to help. I like the way they operate the dining room. The food is balanced with very good meals. We feel very comfortable with this place. They have an activity room where they play games, do crafts, and watch movies. Every holiday, they have something special going on, like the other day they had the Jailhouse Rock movie shown and then the following day, an Elvis impersonator came in to entertain. Last Valentine’s Day, they set up the dining room and had all the couples in there for a special lunch, then had a Mardi Gras parade. This facility has been wonderful so far.

Stonehaven seemed good and we visited there a few times. The facility smelled and looked very clean. The rooms are also clean, but they are very small. The facility is all in one level and it's a little smaller than most of the others I've looked up and it was also $900 a month more. The staff are very friendly and was also very helpful. The residents there do crafts.

"The facility was recommended by a friend of my sister and were happy in choosing it. The facility is good and they welcome families coming in and having meals with residents and they always makes us feel welcome. And yes, I recommend this place as well for other people looking for a good facility."
