My mother is in Fox Ridge North Little Rock. So far, it's good. There are going to be issues no matter where you go. I'm addressing those as they come up and they make every effort to resolve them. After checking with other facilities, they seemed to be the best fit for her as far as what she was looking for, a more homey environment, and the staff was nice and accommodating. I have eaten the food, and what I ate was good. It's just personal preference, but they have a program that if you look at the menu and you don't see things that you like, you can make alternate plans for that and that's very helpful. They have bingo almost every day. They bring in bands that play (it could be one person, it could be two people, or it could be six people), so they bring those in, frequently. They have day trips that they offer and can take them places. They're always having cupcake decorating, cookie decorating, and they have a little store. If they win bingo books, they can go to the store and redeem those for body wash, shampoo, dish detergent, and things like that. They have a puzzle room, which is part of the library. They have a razorback room, in which they show movies often, and they let them know what the movies are going to be, so they can gather in a nice room. They have lots of activities. They were all very accommodating when we first got there. Anything that we needed, they were there and they took care of. They continue to be very, very sweet and accommodating. I have a portal that I can Facetime my mom any time during the day and I always make it a habit of calling her and no matter who comes into the room, whether they're serving breakfast or coming to pick up her laundry, they all stop and say hello. They're just very, very nice.

Fox Ridge is clean. The people are knowledgeable and keep me updated on what's going on. I am very happy with them. My wife has been in their memory care for about a month already. Her room has all the furniture in it. It is kept clean every day, and I feel very confident that she's being kept safe there. The dining area is clean too. She is very happy there, and they keep her busy with all kinds of things like walking. I have no problems at all with them.

Big Screen TV w/free cable, large roll in shower. Staff are very personable/friendly with the residents and their family. They love Bingo and don't want to miss it. They love old movies on the big screen in the Cinema!

North Little Rock or Fox Ridge is really nice. The apartments weren't anything grand, but there was a nice restaurant and nice hardwood floors in the hallways. They have a movie room with functions and things going on every day, concerts, bingo, and other things to keep them busy. There's also a rehabilitation facility in there where they can work with the residents. On the bottom floor they have a dementia area that's locked up so the residents don't wander off. The food in this community is very good.

Fox Ridge was very caring, and what stood out was they were very attentive to my father’s needs. I find it to be very clean, and they have great activities. The food was not five star, but it was good. I thought the common dining area was set up to really have the residents interact with one another. I’m very pleased with it.

I visited Foxridge. It is in the same area where I'm in now. It is just I didn't need assisted living. However, it was a nice place. When I first stepped into it, it had an odor to it. Regarding the staff, they weren't near as friendly as they are in the other facility. I just didn't like Foxridge at all. The rooms were very small. They didn't have any kitchen.
