A little over three weeks ago i became a patient at ville campana. I had a broken pelvis as well as severe road rash on the top of my head and along my entire left side. i could hardly move my left shoulder. I came home yesterday needing only a walker and have complete use of my left arm. The nurses, occupational and physical therapy staff were outstanding. I expect to be able to be able to put my walker away within 30 days. This is what I came here for.The skill, compassion and understanding of the entire staff made it happen. The food was excellent and varied. The techs were very good at their jobs and were very pleasent. Personal laundry needs were handled by a remarkable woman named Helen. At night you put the items you want washed in a designated area lin your room. The next morning the cloths are on your chair, clean and neatly folded. Physical therapy is a difficult profession requiring not only skill but also compassion and understanding. Work with these people, trust them and you will be pleased with the results R. A. Critch

My father stayed here. I told nursing on a thursday that he needed to be tested for a urinary infection. He was in pain all weekend and wasn't tested until monday. Not enough staff working the floors, nurses don't seem happy. The place is very old and not kept up well. Broken equipment in rehab gym. Will not bring mt father back here.

My, nearly 90 year old mother, is a patient currently in rehab after a fall at home resulting in a fractured hip and arm. There a very few good nurses and techs, but most of them should find another line of work. The inconsistancies in her everyday treatment is outragious. The family is constantly given different reports by everyone tending to her on a daily basis. She has been found with nothing to drink, sitting slumped over in her wheel chair and left for long periods of time alone in the bathroom. Mom has dementia and does'nt remember to always ring her bell, all the more reason to check up on her. I am totally dissatisfied with her care at Villa Campana.

Recently, my dear wife was a patient at Villa Campana after having orthopedic surgery at St Joseph's Hospital. Simply stated, I was appalled at the poor attitude of some of the staff members of Villa Campana. One evening. when visiting my wife I happened to notice a large cockroach scurrying across the floor as I entered her room. I immediately pointed this out to a staff member and they said, "It happens..." I was floored by their lack of concern. How was I supposed to respond to that??!!?? I'll tell you how. The next day, I brought my own can of Raid and it's a good thing I did. On top of that, there were many instances of my wife's needing her pain medication, but it arrived quite late. It seemed that every time I asked someone about this, I was told they were short staffed. I don't need to put up with this tomfoolery. They call this a care center? No one cares! At least that's my opini0n. I could go on and on here, but do yourself and family member a favor and avoid Villa Campana altogether.

My loved one has been in the are of this facility for several weeks and I'm very concerned about the level of care and the staff is rude and has no compassion! No ice water in room ever! Took cup to keep water cold I have gone to get my loved one ice every time I have been there! All you hear is loud yelling and bang bang...call light on for 30 mins! I finally helped the patient. Never can get your calls to right person when you call on the weekend! Never get a return call if your told someone will call you back! This facility needs to get its act together before something really bad happens with a patient! When is the compassion? So disappointed in this facility and their staff!

I am appalled at the quality of this facility. My brother is there for rehab and his care leaves quite a bit to be desired. He has only been there a few days and he has had to wait 3 hours for pain medicine and 30 minutes for his call light to be answered to receive help to the bathroom! Upon entering the facility the smell of feces and urine is quite overwhelming!

My mom is now at Villa Campana for rehab. This facility is affiliated with the hospital that she was in. She likes the people there. They are very nice to her and they took good care of her which I liked too, so it's a really good facility. It's very clean. Her room is nice.
