Dignified Carehome is nice. My father likes it there, and he's happy. Daphne and Nick are the main people who take care of him. They're amazing people. They genuinely care about their patients. You can tell by the way that they treat all of them. They have individualized care plans for all of them, and I like it. I believe there are seven residents there right now. All of the rooms right now, except for one, are shared. They do all kinds of stuff for all of them. A lot of them like to just hang out in the front room. My dad is bedbound, so he can't do that, but they encourage social things and stuff. They have specific meal plans based on what people like, and they try to accommodate everybody. They don't take my father's insurance, but they did a one-time approval, like a special approval thing to accommodate my dad. They were trying to help me get my dad out of the situation he was in because he was being neglected at the other facility he was at. The main purpose is to help him get through his depression, which is why I picked this place. The people working here actually care. It's more like a family setting. They just need to maybe take a couple of cooking classes. It's very homey. It feels like you're at home as opposed to feeling like you are in a hospital.

My husband is a resident of Dignified Carehome LLC, and he dislikes going into a cold bathroom. They don't have a heater in their bathroom. He doesn't care much for the food, and they don't have activities. It's a home for eight people. The lady who sorts pills and does the cooking is Daphne, and she's very nice. He does not care for the male people who take care of him. He's in a shared room that is quite small.
