My mother lives at The Heritage Tradition. It's very nice. She likes it. They don't do very good on food preparation though. I think they have a lot of trouble with the right kind of help. She's independent. Her experience has been very good. The people are very nice. She's pretty happy there. She just wishes they would do a better job with food, quality, and preparation. That's her constant complaint. The facility is very nice and it's kept very nice. When we were moving in, it was privately owned, and a few months later it became part of SRG, and the quality of the food downgraded at that point. She goes to yoga classes and they have physical therapy right there if it's needed. They have transportation to doctors' appointments and to shopping. They keep it very nice. I think they could do a lot better on staffing. They have exercise, they have entertainment, and they do happy hours. They do a lot.

We like The Heritage Tradition a lot. It's been around for quite a while, but it's very well-kept. We had lunch there, and the food was very good. We only talked with the salesperson and the waitress who served us, and both seemed very engaged and helpful. With regards to food, there were a lot of choices, and it was well prepared. I was even able to take home what I didn't eat and enjoyed it the next day. There weren't a lot of outdoor activities other than swimming. It would be nice to have some other outside games either bocce ball or cornhole or something like that. Otherwise, it was lovely.

I toured The Heritage Tradition. The staff members were wonderful. They were really great. It is my top pick. I went there early, so a lot of the residents were out at that time. Everybody was very friendly to each other. The rooms were really nice and updated. They were like apartments. I looked at a 2-bedroom, 2-bath. It was a nice size. The common dining area was like a restaurant. They had just about everything you want. They had swimming pools, saunas, and a golf course. I saw people outside on the golf course. It gave a friendly atmosphere.

The Heritage Tradition was wonderful and very clean. The lady who was helping us is still in contact with us. The people were very nice, very cordial, very helpful, and very understanding. We asked questions and they gave us answers. They said they'll keep us posted and that any time, we could come and see them. We had lunch there a couple of times and the food was very good. They're not that salty and the portions were also very good. They even have plant-based food. They have all kinds of activities, actually more than I can ever do in my house. They have an exercise space, people that will help you with your exercise, and then they take you to the doctors or to the pharmacy or for your haircut so long as they are within ten miles. If you put a little extra, they'll take you more than ten miles, but it's almost very close to the hospital.

I toured The Heritage Tradition. They offer seminars that you could go to, and they would tell you about the place. I went to several of them, and they seemed very knowledgeable and freely offered information. I saw both assisted living and independent living. Some of the more expensive apartments were very nice. They have everything there like a washer and dryer and all kitchen appliances. The person who took me around was very knowledgeable, and she keeps in touch with me. I have tried their food a couple of times, and the food is really good. They have it all there. There's someplace to go for grocery shopping. They have cars that will take you to doctor's appointments and whatever you want to go to. They have a pool, and they have a walking trail. I like The Heritage Tradition the best.

The Heritage Tradition is in Sun City West where we live now. We visited the independent living facility 4 or 5 times, and it's a wonderful place. We've eaten there 2 or 3 different times too and they serve wonderful meals. The staff was wonderful and the place was very well-kept. The only thing I have against it is the pricing, that's kind of the drawback.

My dad is a resident of The Heritage Tradition and that's been good. He's been there for probably longer than anybody else, 15 years, maybe. It was tough during COVID, but that was everywhere. The physical appearance of the community is good. It's very clean. His room is a 2-bedroom apartment. I like the location the most. The staff is really good. They have a workout room for the people there, a dining room for their meals, and a hall where they have different events and entertainment. They also have a barbershop, a beautyshop, and a pool.

I toured The Heritage Tradition. The rooms were quite larger and had the washer-dryer, which I liked in the unit. The food was good. We had lunch there and several of the other residents. I asked the staff about painting classes, but she said they didn't have any right now unless I wanted to start up something. But they have exercise classes, they get together in the morning and walk the halls for a mile, and there's a couple of nice swimming pools, but it's just too bloody hot down here right now. The place was open, airy, and well lighted. It is just right next to the post office, and it was just within half a block of a store. It's very well located for walking.

I've toured The Heritage Tradition. It is by far the most elegant but far too expensive for me. A one-bedroom there costs about $3,500. It's very lovely. I went there for a meal, and the food was very good. The general facility was very elegant. The rooms were nice sized, but more than I want to pay. I need at least a two-bedroom and a two-bedroom there is about $4,500 a month, and that's more than I want to pay. They had all kinds of amenities. The staff was all very helpful and very nice.

The Heritage Tradition was an older building with major remodelling going on throughout the facility. The elevators were replaced. The person who assisted me was very helpful. The residents were older. The tour guide made a point of pointing out a couple of people who were over 100 years old.

The Heritage Tradition was awesome, beautiful, very pleasant, and wonderful. The socializing was a little too much for my mom, though. I thought it was great, but she preferred a more homey situation. What stood out was the way that they asked the residents to participate and the way that they used them at the front desk, giving them a purpose and a function. The menu looked beautiful. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. There was attention to detail and views from the windows. It was very comfortable.

The Heritage was more to my liking than others. It’s recently been redone. The apartments were a little bit larger and had large patios. They all had an individual washer and dryer. They are part of the Sun City West Rec program. They had an excellent program, menu, and choices.

We liked The Heritage Tradition very much. We thought the configuration of their studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment were very attractively designed. Everything else in the place was a 5. It was very nice. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. From the upbeat nature of the residents that we said hi to, to the service that was provided, it was all top notch.

We visited The Heritage Tradition a couple of years ago. It was bright, welcoming, clean, and easy to get around in. The surroundings were beautiful. I liked that it was clean, bright, and cheerful. I would recommend it, but it was a little expensive.

The Heritage Tradition has independent and assisted living only. It is probably the oldest place that I had been in, but they were renovating, and the people were extremely happy. They have all kinds of activities like providing transportation to doctor’s appointments and beauty salon. If I were doing independent, and if I thought my husband were eligible for assisted living, I would choose that. There was such a positive attitude, and they were out doing things. I did see several apartments in the independent area, and their amenities, assistance, and help even independent was quite impressive. They were just definitely the first place I would consider if I’m staying in the local area.

MY MOTHER OF 96 YEARS RECENTLY PASSED AWAY AND WAS A RESIDENT OF HERITAGE TRADITIONS THE LAST YEAR OF HER LIFE. THIS LAST YEAR WAS ONE OF HER VERY BEST AS SHE THRIVED AFTER ARRIVING THERE. SHE LOVED HER APARTMENT, ALL HER NEW FRIENDS AND ACTIVITIES AND EVERYTHING THE FACILITY HAD TO OFFER. THE STAFF WERE ESPECIALLY WONDERFUL AS SHE MADE THE TRANSITION FROM HER HOME IN ANOTHER STATE TO SETTLING IN AT HERITAGE. WE VISITED NUMEROUS OTHER INDEPENDENT LIVING PLACES AND DECIDED HANDS DOWN HERITAGE WAS THE PLACE WE BOTH LOVED AND FELT THE MOST COMFORTABLE. ALL OF THE APARTMENTS AMENITIES MADE LIFE SO EASY WITH CHOICES TO PREPARE YOUR OWN FOOD OR EATING IN THE DINING AREA. EASY ACCESS TO YOUR PRIVATE WASHER AND DRYER AND CABLE TV. THE FACILITY WAS KEPT IMMACULATE AND ANY NEEDED REPAIRS WERE TAKEN CARE OF WITHOUT DELAY. I ONLY REGRET MY MOTHER DID NOT HAVE MORE TIME TO LIVE AT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE.

I visited The Heritage Tradition. It was very good. The apartment I wanted was 1,100 square feet. There's exercise and just about everything else to do, like bingo. I ate there today, and the food was very good.

I had a tour at The Heritage Tradition. The place was very nice but small. It had a game room with a TV and game tables. I thought that was a great thing. I was very impressed with the place.

I visited The Heritage Tradition. They did a very good job. I would give it a B simply because it just wasn't as nice, and I could hear people above on the second floor. The first floor was nice and convenient, but you're hearing people up on the second floor. I would give them a B on that. Their pricing wasn't bad; it was OK. If I stay alive, we could live there to 107 years.

We visited The Heritage Tradition. We like the place. The price was right, and the facility was very nice. The people were very pleasant. The food was very good. We had a very good experience. Their rooms were like a large apartment. We looked primarily a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom and a den with a kitchen. We were concerned about storage space, and they had plenty of that, so that was nice. They had all kinds of activities like cards, mahjong, and pool tables. Also, they had events like going to the theater. They really had a full schedule if you really want to get involved with things. It was very nice. The upkeeping of the place was very nice. That really impressed me.

My mom has several friends in there already at The Heritage Tradition. It is an independent living place, and the dining room is excellent. That is what we needed most to make sure that she was eating properly. If she really needed any help, there are people there 24/7. She is living in her own apartment, but there are a lot of people around her, and if she needs anything, she can call the front desk. That is what we like about it. We have tried the food, and it is very good. They have all sorts of trips. They have a salon there that she started using to get her hair done. They also have a therapy place upstairs that she started using to get herself a little stronger.

We already placed my mother and father-in-law in the appropriate places. It is called The Heritage Traditions. They have really chosen it. They have researched it and chose it before we had an opportunity. It was something that was very close to their home, and they wanted to go there. They have been there since December. It was very good. The amenities are very clean and very modern. It is just fine. The staff was friendly and informative. They are very nice and very family oriented. One part is assisted living, and one part is independent living. We are on the assisted living side.

The Heritage was lovely, elegant and wonderful but it was too expensive for me. They were very nice. Everything was lovely but they only serve 25 meals a month so you don’t even get dinner every night. The food was delicious and they had a great number of choices. They had activities. The staff was polite and treated you as something special.

The Heritage Tradition had 4 floors. It had 250 apartments with 35 cottages. I was on the second floor. I had a living room and a bedroom. At Tradition, you are able to do your own laundry, and on your enclosed patio, you had a washer and dryer. They also have housekeeping there. People can bring pets, and they would live on the first floor. Tradition is a wonderful place. It is like staying at a Ritz-Carlton.

I think Heritage Tradition was a beautiful place. I think my mom may have ruled that out because it was too expensive for her. The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we visited the facility.

I've been to Heritage Tradition and the facility is beautiful. The whole place was just gorgeous and it's certainly would be a place that I would love to live if I can afford it. The staff was very nice. They gave me a very nice tour.
