My husband and I moved into independent living in Grandview Terrace 3 years ago. This is the best timely move we have made. My husband shares that we no longer have 100 things we need to do to care for a home. What 3 things I enjoy the most: 1. The incredible people who live in our full care facility and all of the staff who so kindly and faithfully serve the residents. 2. The daily availability of wonderful healthy exercise classes, gym, indoor pool, myriad of classes to grow and learn from, quality entertainment and services that are provided including housekeeping and EMT's 24/7. 3. Delicious choices of meals in three different spaces. Meeting friends for breakfast, lunch and or dinner with new weekly menus is my delight. We do have full kitchens in our condos if one wishes to cook, not I!!

Sun Health Communities Grandview Terrace is an independent living and continuing care community located just steps from the Banner Del E. Webb Medical Center and the Grandview Health Center in Sun City West, an area comprised primarily of seniors aged 55 and over. Sun City West is home to numerous shopping and dining venues. Seniors can also take in a wide variety of entertainment options at the nearby Westgate Entertainment District. Sun Health Communities Grandview Terrace offers independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing options, as well as on-site rehabilitation. Skilled staff members are on-hand 24/7 to assist with activities of daily living, such as grooming, showering, dining and housekeeping. Transportation to and from medical appointments is provided. Therapy services, including occupational, physical and speech therapy, are also available on-site.Residents can participate in the on-site fitness and wellness program as well as a variety of planned daily activities.
