My mom has been here a short time and has had one trip to the hospital. Lidia the owner and the care givers are awsome! This is our 3rd home and our lastI they take excellent care of my mom and are sincere about careing about each person. My mom can be a hand full at times but it just means they do even more for her. Wish I had found it sooner.

Mom has been in this care facility 3 1/2 months. It has a family atmosphere. Lidia really cares for her residents. She had questions for Mom's cardiologist re: care & meds. The Dr. said that is the 1st caregiver he has ever had ask questions of him. Mom has had to go to ER 2 or 3 times and if Lidia doesn't take her to the hospital she goes anyway.

Mom's been at Tender Touch for about a month now. My dad selected this facility. It's clean. There are maybe six people there. It's a husband and wife that run it and they also live there.

Ronald Homecare has large individual rooms with a bathroom. They have very nice people that work there. They said they had some activities but they don't. The staff covered everything at my visit but after mother-in-law has been in there a couple of months, it hasn't been that way.

This home is located in the beautiful Historic Central Phoenix area. I have toured the home with a local hospice agency who highly recommended the care and shortly after referred clients to the home.  In general, I thought Ronald Care Home was a well developed care home with impressive curb appeal and a nice stucco finish. It is a very eye catching home. The grounds of the facility were well maintained and the backyard was a nice size to enjoy the outdoors when the weather is nice.  The common areas of the facility are very spacious and well decorated with beautiful furniture great for socialization and activities. Ronald Care Home has 10+ rooms that include full spacious bathrooms in every room. With this home your dollar goes a long way. Ronald Care home offers you the same rate for every room as well. The staff was very quiet but seemed pleasant I did not see any interaction between the staff and residents at either visits. The residents were in their rooms, and owner did introduce us to them and they did seem happy where they were. Now please consider each time I have visited  Ronald Care Home 2 that the residents they did  have were ambulatory and just needed stand by assistance so with that being said I cannot say I saw full directed care. The management has a nice house to care for seniors comfortably. Overall, Ronald Care Home 2  is a nice home and I would refer or recommend it to a specific group of people that would do well there like seniors with Dementia and only needs some stand by assistance.Â
