I was at Loyal Care Assisted Living. It was very nice. They were wonderful. They were very caring, and they listened to what kind of things we needed. The food was good. Breakfast always included either pancakes or waffles, fruit, some kind of sausage, bacon, and coffee. The lunch and dinner were also good. The home was beautiful. They could use a little more room in the restroom, but it was doable. They have a TV there, and on holidays, they would bring everybody to the family room and have all sorts of stuff, and they have a beautiful backyard with a table out there, too. It was very nice. The staff was very good.

Convenience is often overlooked when choosing a location for a loved one. The first thought is often of the accommodations in the home and not the activities that take place outside of it. The experience at Bridge Loyal has been good. The staff is really nice. My parents are in a decent-sized, master bedroom with a private bathroom. The food looks decent. They take my mom for a walk three days a week. My parents seem happy.

The day we had to move my Grandmother out of her home was one of the hardest days of my life. She was no longer able to properly care for herself or prepare healthy meals. She had dementia and had fallen, and was at great risk to fall again. She made fast freinds with the other residents, and our family was so relieved knowing she was in a loving home enviroment where she was safe and so well cared for. She loved the home cooked meals which were delicious as we often joined her for dinner. We were also able to bring our little dog to visit after providing vet records. She so enjoyed having her friend Ella over as much as she loved our visits! This is a lovely home we are so grateful to all the staff for making Grandma feel like family.

I would like to review Bridge Loyal in Mesa where my mother was put in the care of Lana and her team. She was not very good shape upon arrival suffering from dementia and a lot of arthritic pain. However she was still a very social person and was in a depression when we found this home. After about 3 months mom seemed so much happier enjoying some of the good cooking and she had bonded with another resident and they were inseperable we were told. What Bridge Loyal did for our family was take the pressure away from moms debilitating old-age as we saw her enjoying herself more than we could remember. I would like to thank the staff and Lana for making mom's last years peaceful and happy.

My mother was placed in this facility from a rehabilitation facility, She found her stay quite enjoyable, not only was it very clean, but the staff treated her like family, even the grandkids said they had fun visiting? I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs seiner care. Thanks Again To A Wonderful For Helping My Mother.

My mom is a resident of Bridge Loyal. It was a very difficult decision to move her out of her home. However, I am very pleased with our choice of Bridge Loyal. The staff and management are very professional, friendly and caring people. My mom is very happy with all aspects of living at the group home.. I no longer worry about hernutrition, medications or physical activity. It is a total relief to her enjoying life in a place that is safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Bridge Loyal.. Great place!

When my dad moved into this home he was not in very good shape. His dementia had progressed to the point that he could not remember anybody's name and in fact not recognize his daughters. It is hard enough to watch a loving parent slipping away without worrying about who takes care of the last years of their lives. What I liked about this home was the love I could feel from the caregivers. These are the people that get up at night and make sure dad is not scared, not uncomfortable and secure. I feel that this more than anything is what I liked about this home. I know the owner Lana was always there when I came to visit dad. She made sure to find out what his favorite meals were and I watched her delight in giving other residents additional things to keep them smiling. I would highly recommend this home to anyone with a parent who need special care. Thanks to the staff of Bridge Loyal. I am forever grateful.
