Tanner Terrace Apartments

Tanner Terrace is a senior apartment complex for seniors 62 years of age or older. The apartment community is located in a residential community that is very quiet. The property is very well maintained. I was shown an apartment it was very clean and spacious. The apartment has all utilities included and comes with an all electric appliances. There is an active Resident Counsel that has weekly functions for the resident and family members who live on the property. The on site Service Coordinator is full time and provides case management to all a resident.

This is a three story apartment community. They do only independent living. They have one bedroom apartments with full kitchens and a laundry facility. The buildinh is well maintained and the grounds. There is an on site service coordinator who assists residents if they have medical or other problems. They can assist with meals. They offer help to get assistance for transport and other resident needs. They have monthly birthday parties and different tournaments. They provide no transport for outings. They have a gated courtyard which is very nice with shaded areas. covered patio, roses and a greenhouse. This is a medium size community for seniors but does not seem to have a lot of options.
