I spent a great deal of time talking to the sales manager at American Groves. I was probably there for more than two hours. It's a potential place that I might move to when something happens to my wife. It's brand new. It hasn't been up and running for more than the last couple of years. It's very clean. The staff is very, very professional, and all of the offerings are first-rate. They've offered that I can come in and dine at any time I want to, but I haven't done that so far. I didn't see anybody who looked like they were starving to death or couldn't eat the food at all. The only drawback on the surface that I could see is that the one-bedroom apartments have one closet, and it's not a walk-in. There's virtually no storage at all.
