Kathie's husband receives more care, but it gives her peace of mind. I think, just have all of the caregivers be on the same page in terms of patient care.

The person who comes in here I like them very much, they do a good job and I like their attitude, they also seem to care about the people they are caring for. When they come in they do their job and do it well, they usually come on time, and they are polite, they are also friendly.

They do grocery shopping for me twice a week which is extremely helpful, and they are very prompt in doing anything that is necessary around the house like taking out garbage. They are very attentive to my needs and responsive. When someone was sick the owner stepped in to help me directly, which I was very impressed by.

They are a great company and work with the patient and provide great interaction. Punctual and respectful. Great at cleaning and cooking and helping with me having a good attitude. When giving the opportunity they work with my provider to make sure I can get the services I need like bathing. The supervisor are spot on and have called me on different occasions to make sure that I was receiving the proper care. They have been out to my apartment on several occasions to see if there is anything they can do to help. I was without furniture, a bed in particular and they helped me to get household appliances and furniture. Their lines of communication are always open and I try to let them know if anything changes so they can let their employees know in advance. I never knew they existed till this year. If my parents were alive I’d recommend them for her. Thanks Right At Home

They offered assistance to my dad when I was unable to be there. I appreciated that. They were very helpful in making it easier because I knew someone was there for my dad and that he was getting that one-on-one care. I didn't have to worry about him by being by himself. I have no issues at this time.

We ask questions during the initial call or meeting to form a basic needs assessment. After discussing your particular situation, we will prepare an initial Custom Care Plan and then work with you to fine tune that Care Plan based on your loved one's specific needs. Once the plan is agreed upon, your local Right at Home team matches the right caregiver to implement the plan. Caregiver Training and Care Supervision Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure that they're able to deliver the care set out in your loved one's Custom Care Plan. Before providing care, they're bonded and insured.
