"They are a great company and work with the patient and provide great interaction. Punctual and respectful. Great at cleaning and cooking and helping with me having a good attitude. When giving the opportunity they work with my provider to make sure I can get the services I need like bathing. The supervisor are spot on and have called me on different occasions to make sure that I was receiving the proper care. They have been out to my apartment on several occasions to see if there is anything they can do to help. I was without furniture, a bed in particular and they helped me to get household appliances and furniture. Their lines of communication are always open and I try to let them know if anything changes so they can let their employees know in advance. I never knew they existed till this year. There have been times when my husband attempted to follow me out the door but the caregiver redirected him and a uncomfortable situation was avoided.
