I have somebody who has been here for nine months from Horizon. The nursing department, the physical therapy and the OT department are wonderful, but the actual home healthcare aides and the scheduling of those aides are not that great. The consistency of the caregivers who come in on a regular basis has been difficult as well as getting them to do the tasks because it's under private duty. It's hard to get them to interact with my mom. I don't have a high regard for the home healthcare aides. I'm not too excited about them.
