That this place treated me horribly when I was very ill and I wouldn’t recommend them. I would say to avoid. They care more about their image than they do about the client. They do not employ the best people in the office or as caregivers. They don’t use proper training techniques for employees. They have them listen to tapes and read manuals to learn how to work with clients. One of the caregivers told me this! You can’t approach a supervisor to discuss a caregiver if they do something wrong because as a client you will not be believed. The caregiver never does anything wrong! Even if they do something dangerous! I didn’t feel safe in their care or felt like they were properly trained and knowledgeable in their profession. I depended on them because I don’t have a lot of family. I had one caregiver who left me all alone in a room without my walker right after I came home from the hospital and rehab. I was too sick and weak to be left alone without a walker and screamed for help for 10 min before the caregiver finally showed up and answered me! I could have fallen so easily! What if I’d been in the shower and she’d left me alone like that?! Avoid!

My mother is using Rent-A-Daughter, LLC. The services are very good. Communication with the agency is very good and the value for money is adequate. They provide everything that's not medical. The aides are very upbeat, friendly, and energetic. I highly recommend them.

My Dad's caregiver was Joe. Joe took very good care of my father. When I went to work I knew he was safe. Joe became apart of our family. My Dad passed on 5-2-2018, Joe was so part of our life that my brother added him to the obit. Thank You Rent A Daughter.
