I recently received an invoice from Comfort Keepers in Grafton for services that has been completed back in September of 2014. This office was independently owned until March of 2014 when it was purchased by the Corporate Office Sodexo. Up until that time we had received exception service from the branch manager and her staff. We began receiving invoices with different rates then what we had been quoted. We continued to call to home office in Sheboygan WI and questioned the decreased amount. Each time we called which was numbers time left voices messages after voices messages and never received a return phone call. We paid the invoices we received and marked paid in full. Last week I received a new invoice from Comfort Keepers for over $3,000 I called the office and spoke with someone new who simply stated it's the outstanding balance due you had been incorrectly billed and if you do not pay it I will send it to Collections. First, who's responsibility was it to correct the invoices and communicate to the client that you screwed up. We cancelled services In July of 2015 due to disorganization of the company, caregivers not showing up, no call no show. We located the former branch manager and moved over to her agency and we have had absolutely exceptional customer service. Shame on Comfort Keepers and the way you operate your business and how it affected the cares of my mother.
