Thank you for your feedback. We strive to find the right caregiver for our clients on the first try, but sometimes we need to re-asses and try another option. Being late is never acceptable and we are truly sorry that was your first experience with us. Sometimes our caregivers get lost, stuck in traffic, or have a reasonable excuse for why they are late, but rest assured that we will be coaching that caregiver to arrive 5 minutes early moving forward. If you choose to give us another chance, I'm sure your case manager will connect to set clear excpectations that are safe for both your father and our caregivers. Juggling work and caring for an aging parent is a balancing act and your father is lucky to have you in his life. We consider it a privilege to be a part of your care team and want our clients to have confidence that we will be there for the scheduled time.
