One of the caregivers quit and it took some time to get a new caregiver. They offered to come help during that time. I like the services provided by the caregivers.

I do not have someone here all the time, but that is okay. I would recommend them because they are nice people, and they can do stuff for us that some of us may not do for ourselves.

I don't think I need anything better to fit my needs. Between the two caregivers, they do a fine job. I have my needs met by them or my children. I have no complaints with the timing, the care, and the food. Whatever they do is fine.

During the last few weeks of my father's life, the Right at Home Team truly did everything they could to meet our needs. We especially needed help during the night so we could rest. Every nurse who came were so compassionate and seemed like a part of our family. The day before his death, Leah shaved him and trimmed his eyebrows without instruction from us. This small gesture was so appreciated. We love her. Right at Home...your whole team is amazing, thank you so much for going above and beyond what we expected!

They couldn't have done any more to make her life easier because we only had them 3 days a week. Their first girl they sent out was a super young, bright, articulate, nursing student, but after two weeks she had to go back to school so they starting sending out different ones up until the last one who was here for 4 weeks.

It depends on which caregiver it is. There is a variety that come, and they are all different. Just having someone here to help me take care of him is helpful. I like that it is handy, close, clean, and they send good people.

They are pretty helpful. They are taking her to various therapy appointments and help her go out on errands and general hanging out with her a little bit. I don't have a lot of direct interaction with their people. They are able to fill in at the last minute when other caregivers can't be there.

It isn't the situation I wanted to be in in the first place, but other than that, it is good. The caregiver I have is wonderful in knowing that, so we find things that are sometimes crazy things. I am a really outgoing person, but all the sudden I have an onset of Alzheimer's. She gets that and knows that I like to do crazy stuff. It is working out for me. They are cordial, and the staff is good. I love the caregivers that I have.

The actual CNAs have been very good and have had a positive impact. Some are better than others, but overall the people have been very helpful. This particular franchise is very poor in communication. Sometimes people don't show up and we get no follow up as to why they didn't show up.

They can cook, drive, and be overall good company. Yesterday one took me to a funeral, and that was much appreciated and worked fine. I don't like the coordination of effort from the girls on the line. I want them to call me and let me know that it's taken care of.

We've only had two caregivers that were good. Most of them have been negative and are not any help. They could be more help and read her a book. The owner made a book for them about their duties. They could interview their clients a little bit better.

They are willing to do anything to help. Before I even ask, they are asking me if they can get me something to drink or if I need to go to the bathroom. They're ahead of what I want. They have been so good to me. They ask ahead of my needs. They seem to keep track of what time I go to the bathroom and what time I want fresh water before I have time to ask for it. They always replace my fresh water.
