The services have been positive because she can go to her classes and the caregivers will take her to the ferry and spend some time with us. What I would like to see improved is that my mom has a checklist of items that needs to be done, and the previous caregivers aren't doing it consistently. The current caregivers are great, though.

They had a ton of different caregivers. Some caregivers sat and did not do their tasks. They should know the tasks are important. They are responsive to schedule changes. Most of the caregivers have been good.

I have free time again. Everyone they have sent has been lovely. There hasn't been one person that I wouldn't want to have back. Their communication is excellent and even when someone is sick they try to replace them.

The home is much quieter and healthier. My sleep is much better and there is no drama. They should take better care of the caregivers. They are good with client care and make it easy for clients to select caregivers without moving the caregivers around a lot.

My mom had two different caregivers, one was average one was awesome, the first one could have stayed awake, but the second one was fantastic, she just couldn't lift my mom anymore. The people were the problem not the company, employing people with more motivation.

The company tries to find my mother caregivers that she gets along with. The agency could improve on their communication a little.
