We hire Comfort Keepers for my mother-in-law. It has been for awhile now. They have been outstanding. I have no complaints with them. The caregiver generally helps my mother-in-law with her personal hygiene and things around the house that she can't do. My mother-in-law is 96, so she is at the point in her life where she can't do very much. She is very comfortable with the caregiver. She gets along so well, it is like daughter-and-mother.

We hired Comfort Keepers for my father. They were part of the hospice program. My father was fortunate enough to have someone with him every minute of the day, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They basically provided a little bit of social interaction, some comfort care and help to keep him clean and fed. If his legs were cramped, which happened frequently, they would massage them. They were all the things that an RN does not have time for. We only had two caregivers, and we only used them on Saturdays and Sundays. They did a good job, they were responsive and responsible. I have no complaints about them. Everyone's hospice situation is different and their needs are different, but I felt like Comfort Keepers was more of an adult babysitter versus a true care facility.

Comfort Keepers is working with me for my husband for at least 6 months now. The caregivers are excellent. They are caring, and they work hard. They do the dishes, they sweep, they make my husband's bed, they help him to the bathroom, they help him back in his chair and out of his chair, and if I need it, they also help him to shower. We have hospice coming in, so they're in addition to hospice. The VA pays for it. They keep in touch with you and they will let you know of any changes. They also work with you on your hours. If people are sick or on vacation, they try their hardest to get someone in there.

We were very satisfied with Comfort Keepers. My mother had to be hospitalized for the last three weeks, and we brought her home with hospice care and scheduled them to do 24/7 care for us. Unfortunately, she only made it a day and a half after she got home, but the service that we got was very acceptable. We like Comfort Keepers very well. The caregivers were professional and very helpful to whatever her needs were. My mother was 90 years, and she had them for a couple of years because it had gotten to where it was hard for her to get around independent on a walker. They made the bed, they did lighthousekeeping, they did cooking for her, they did laundry for her, and they even took her to stores when she wanted to get out. I also had no problem with billing or scheduling.

We are working with Comfort Keepers. The caregiver comes in for my wife three hours a day, five days a week. We have been using them since October 2018. We are pretty well satisfied with them. The caregiver is very pleasant and courteous. Billing is OK, and scheduling is alright. We are satisfied with what they're doing right now.

Comfort Keepers are very professional, very caring and very interested in making sure that they meet our needs. November 1st was our first week with them. They're very respectful about trying to keep us with the same caregiver. They also reached out and had some others come and shadow the main one so that should she not be here, they have somebody that is familiar with my husband, which I thought was incredibly professional. They are very concerned with quality. They spent a lot of time with my husband before placing a caregiver with him. I think they did a good match with that. They are incredibly efficient and good with the billing. If anyone is going to use it with long-term care insurance, Comfort Keepers are awesome with providing the documentation necessary to collect benefits. They're not cheap, but they are very professional, very dependable and good.
