I like their flexibility with scheduling. I like that it's been the same caregiver each week since they've been helping out. The caregiver and my wife have gotten along really well.

They are very responsive. We have had some caregivers that are better than others. It takes away a little bit of the stress because we have a steady caregiver that comes, and she has connected quite well with my mother. We trust her.

They put together a pretty comprehensive care plan, and sometimes the caregiver will go above and beyond that to help. They usually have a pretty positive outlook, and they spend time with the client.

They are good at providing a caregiver. I like that they are flexible.

It allows me to go and work in the office. Some of the caregivers do vacuum, laundry, and more. Others will just sit there. It depends on the personalities of the caregivers. A couple have been amazing, and my wife loves them, but then if they have to move on, it is a struggle to find good people. The scheduling has been terrible in the last six months as well.

Visiting Angels of Princess Anne is very good. It's my best friend that they're caring for. The people that come out always look so nice. They're very courteous and clean. They enable my best friend to get out and about for errands. They even took her to lunch the other day because she was meeting me for lunch, so they were able to bring her. They help with bathing, and she always looks so nice. She has a difficult time getting around, so they assist her in and out of the shower making sure that she's safe. Afterwards, she is always dressed to the nines. She's a very sharp dresser. They always make sure she looks wonderful like she always has. They were highly recommended. It's wonderful that they include her daughter in on the billing. They send a copy to her daughter, which is a very nice service. It's very prompt. I don't think she's ever had any problems with their scheduling. They're very accessible and very reachable. They're safe, comforting, and professional. It enables family members to have quality care with their loved ones.

The caregiver is there when needed. We have been pleased with most of the providers. The client has been quite pleased with the care that he's gotten.
