I'm bedridden and catheterized so a caregiver has to help me with that bag. Caregiver has to provide everything and I couldn't do it without a caregiver. They've never let me down. They've provided me with Svetlana and she's a tremendous caregiver.

My caregiver is thorough. I like that the caregiver is always on time. If I have to, she is willing to change times if I have something to do on that day. She is flexible.

They only get to come one day a week. I want them every day of the week. At the beginning, I did not communicate. Now I can, and they are excellent to talk to. The group is awesome. They are punctual. The caregivers are very helpful.

I only have them for four hours a week and I would like them to not restrict me on where I can be driven. I would like the agency to improve their communication for me to recommend them.
