This is by far the absolute BEST agency that I've received home aide services from. I spend a lot of time and energy looking for an agency that would meet the needs of my aging mother and for the longest the process felt draining and I almost give up. However, a friend referred me to this agency and from the start to now, I have been extremely pleased with how knowledgable, reliable, kind, punctual, empathetic each staff has been during every encounter with my mom and myself. My mother has been and will continue to utilize home aide services provided by this person-centered agency. I definitely recommend this agency for you or your loved ones wellness needs.

From the very beginning I have experienced nothing but excellence. The aide that the agency provided my mother with is punctual, respectful and caring. It is hard finding good help especially during these trying times . I would recommend this agency to anyone.

Lazy, do the least of the least. If you need a squatter that does not listen to your request give these folks a call. Lazy, Inconsistent, and the Owner makes excuses for employees!!!! Could do a Lot better!!! Money hungry!!

I chose this agency for myself , some of the aides have a attitude problem, they look at you like you are crazy or lazy and roll their eyes at you and talk on the phone to friends which is very rude.

We chose Wellness Watchers for my mom. They are great. I use them in the morning to get her ready for the day and in evenings to help me feed her and get her ready for bed. We like this agency.

The Wellness Watchers agency is one of the best by far. The exceptional service they provide is beyond measure. Their caring staff is always there to meet all of my family's needs with a friendly, and caring attitude. The care they have given is simply amazing. I would recommend this agency to any family seeking to receive quality and exceptional care..

The provider is currently helping to care for my mother who suffers from bi-polar/dementia. I can't say enough about the care that they've provided to my family. We've made a decision to keep my mother at home rather than an assisted living facility because of the professional and friendly care that she's receiving from this agency. The home aide caring for my mother takes care of all her needs - bathing/hair grooming/light cooking and housekeeping. I would suggest that anyone struggling with a decision to place their parents in an assisted living facility to look into this agency first.
