I have been caring for my mother for 13 yrs. The last 5 or 6 she has had Alzheimer's. This is the 3rd home health agency I have used and it's the best. I have used. The cnas/aides are really nice, caring knowledgeable and dependable.. Rosa at the office is very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. The office staff is also very good about returning client's call. This agency also provides ongoing training classes to their aides. I would recommend definetly recomend this agency.

There were some nurses that were good, and there were some nurses that were not good that should have been fired. I would never use Premiere Home Health Care again. I would've kept them on for longer had they not been so bad. There was 24/7 care for quite a while. My mom went into diabetic shock one night and was unable to wake up the worker, and we ended up calling 911. It was awful.
