The service I'm getting from Affordable Homecare is the CNA. We get eight hours a day of CNA care who mainly just need to be here in case my wife has another seizure. So far, the caregivers have been mixed. I was promised a caregiver and the first caregiver showed up for one day, and then stopped again. She was great for that one day. We've had a couple for the weekend. For the most part, they're OK, but some of them aren't really trained for transfers as well as they should have been, but they're doing their job.

We hired Affordable Homecare, but my mother ended up going back to the hospital, so we are no longer using their services. Their care and services were excellent. The workers were very concerned. The caregiver that we actually had brought my mother to the doctor’s office. She knew that she needed to go right away, so she took her, and she was right. Mom needed to go to the hospital.

We were trying to find someone as soon as possible and Ted was the one who was able to help us. They were very responsive in understanding to what we needed. Anytime that we have a concern, Ted would respond immediately and do what it takes to fix it. It could be about finding a better match or schedule. He was always very accommodating. It did take 2 or 3 trials as fas as the staffing goes. But once we got the right fit, it was awesome. One of the caregivers in particular is still working for us now for a couple of years. She really treats our family like her family.

Mom liked Ted better because he was more personable than the others, so we decided to go with Affordable Homecare. Although Ted wasn't going to be providing the care himself, mom's perception of him was better than the other two agencies that came out. And it was a good decision. He did an excellent job of assigning an appropriate person that is compatible with my mother. Mom just loved the person from day one. The lady didn't treat her like a patient, but as a friend or like a family member. The treatment of her was more compassionate. Because of that, she was able to get along with my mom a whole lot better. It was a positive experience all the way around. We worked with them for about five or six years until mom passed away in 2012.

I came across Affordable Homecare on the internet. Ted was the first one to respond from all of the inquries I made. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. His prices are better than others and the whole package was a lot better. Both of the caregivers are very reliable and I appreciate that. They alternate days. One of them is older and mature while the other one is young and energetic. They are both wonderful. I am absolutely happy with them.

We found Affordable Home Care on the internet. We contacted Ted and he set up and interview with me and Dean. We both liked what he said. he's very sincere and very calm and an easy man to talk to. We liked what he had to offer. Connie, the caregiver, was very professional. She works 4 days a week and the other caregiver works 3 days a week. I haven't found anything wrong with any of the caregivers. Their attitude has been great specially Connie. I couldn't say enough good things about all of them. Their attitude is very positive when they come in. Also, anytime I call Ted, he just helps me in anyway that he can.

I think Affordable Homecare was really good. I know Ted. They treated us real good while my wife was sick. I was really happy with their service. We work with them for about six months. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them.
