They arrived on time and were very helpful in providing personal care to make my Dad feel comfortable. They had lot of patience in listening and accommodating my Dad whom sometime was not able to speak clearly. They kept vigil at night so that we could sleep well. They did not provide any reason for complaint and always fulfilled all requirements.

My father was more along in his Alzheimer's than we knew. I feel they did a wonderful job, but at some points, my dad needed more of a skilled professional, but that's not their fault. From the minute I had called them, they were wonderful. My mom was very indecisive on what she wanted to do and she needed help with my dad because she couldn't do it all anymore. BrightStar was so calming and they had it all ready within hours! It was so nice to talk to people who really knew what they were doing. I called them a late afternoon on Friday and they were able to have a caregiver out by that evening.

I was able to do what I needed to do. I liked the intake process, and the availability of care workers. In a situation where there was somewhat of a disconnect between the care worker and the family the office gave good support to help navigate an uncomfortable situation.
