"Transportation is really bad, the males do their jobs, but not the females, they don't like to get off the bus and constantly using their Mobil/ phones. No point complaining as they will say to you "we never had a complaint about such person" of course most of the clients are either too sick or too old, how can you expect them to complain, those that still one whole piece will never be treated that way. Also I called twice/ in different occasions of course, to the person who enrolled my mom/as it was kind of late, when we went there and she did not return my phone call not even a day after I called her. my mom left there last week and still my phone call was never returned. "

"Happy Days is located in the downtown area where everything is only like three blocks from city hall and Lincoln Park is right across. The citizens have a chance to get out and get some air in the park where the security can see them. If there are some functions going on in the summer time, they'll be able to enjoy in the park. If they don't have anyone to come and take them out, it's right across the street. There are ramps for patients who are not able to walk to the first stop light from the building. It's very convenient if you have a problem with getting around. The only thing is that Broad Street is a wide business street. It's a very nice building and it's high rise, maybe about 10 stories. They have nice facilities for the patients. They have a day care room. The living quarters and the hallway are very clean. It has good security in and out. The staff is very professional. They have activities for the residents and they also have a nurse on premises. If you have a medical problem, you're going to have to ring the bell and someone will be there waiting for you. Everything you need is right there. It's not a facility where they serve you. A lot of residents are able to cook their own food. My friend who lived there cooked. "

"My aunt is currently at Sea View Hospital Rehabilitation Center And Home for rehab. They have a nurse on staff 24/7, they do some music, play bingo, and do some things to keep them occupied. So far, she is getting herself back together a little bit. She can feed herself now and she can move around. They are nice."

"Eger Health Care and Rehabilitation Center was a very well-maintained place. Mom's room was clean and I thought the staff was great. Everybody's short staffed right now, but they tried their best. They were good. They have daily activities, they have a hair salon, a brand-new cafeteria, and outdoor seating (which is a lot for New York). It's nestled in the woods, so it's really pretty. Out of all the places on Staten Island and for our price point, it's really nice. They also had daily bingo and a Christmas fair."

"I love this place! Everyone looks happy here. The best service, great activities and nice food. Polite attitude from staff and very friendly atmosphere. What else do you need? I forgot to mention nice transportation from home and back to home. Also they provide buses for shopping and in summer time to NJ shore. You come here and spend several hours, as in your best dream, with friends and relatives. I am very glad to be here and very grateful for everything!"

"Bayshore Health Care Center is excellent. I would recommend them to other people, but the food was typical. That was one of their downfalls. I'm diabetic and they had some difficulties understanding what I could and couldn't eat, but if you asked for something else, they would gladly to fix you something. The room was immaculate. I'm a bariatric patient so they gave me a private room. They brought in a special bed for me. Each room has a bathroom. They do have long term care where those rooms have sitting rooms. "

"I like Belleville Senior Health Services. They feed us, we do exercises, and we go shopping if we need to. The staff is very nice and everyone is welcome. They've got doctors on staff. I go there in the morning every day. If I had family and friends out here, I would recommend them. The people are very fine."

"Home Away From Home Adult Medical Daycare center . We visited this center with relatives. The staff is awesome. They really love taking care of the elderly and they do a great job.
