It is the best adult day care center anybody can think of. They have Medicare, Field Trips, and all sorts of fun games. Also one of the staff member can help with your food stamp too!!!!

Home Sweet Home is a prestige Adult Medical Daycare Center located in Elizabeth, NJ. The two shifts available run from 8am-1pm and 1pm-6pm Mon-Fri. Medicaid/HMO pays for this program 100%, private pay is also available. Our facility offers transportation To and From your home and to nearby doctor appointments. We have numerous activities, trips, social services, beauty/barber services, Nursing services, physical therapy, and hot, fresh meals, and much more. Our dedicated multi-lingual staff is here to help with activities of daily living. We speak English, Spanish, Korean, and Hindu. We pride ourselves in our service; the atmosphere is of companionship and family. We cater to people with chronic conditions such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease, adults suffering from mental illnesses, and weak or frail older adults requiring nursing care or assistance with daily living activities. We commit to provide quality of care and life through comprehensive services that will promote, provide and maintain cognitive, physical and psychological functioning at the highest level while preserving independence, self esteem, and well being. my concern with this facility is that the cameras on the property do not function. My dad walked out the front door, while under the care of this senior center. All the staff claims they didn't see him leave. He is a dimentia/alzhaimer patient. It took 5 hours to find him wondering the streets. An investigation needs to be done here ASAP.

When the Day Care first opened it was great. They were very attentive with the seniors , so much I recommended to at least 4 people if not more. They all loved it, but now they hate it. They closed another senior center and combined two senior centers in one place. The seniors are all crunched up, the service is not the same. To much seniors and under staffed, all they probably want is the money our seniors are probable a number to them. Mom comes home with pooped underwear. They lost her walker, her clothes. No I don't recommended this place anymore. Some of the people I recommended have left.
