"My mother-in-law is using Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange. They've been incredibly attentive. They have excellent in-home care. They have excellent back-office kind of care. They keep checking with me to make sure we're happy with our caregiver. They have nurses on board. They are a very comprehensive, well-organized, caring organization. I like their full-service aspect. I like that there are people following up with the caregiver in the home. There are people that if I'm having issues, I can call. I like that they have backup people always available. I don't have to look for additional people if my caregiver wants to take a day off or has personal things to do. They are just totally on top of everything."

"By Your Side Home Health Services are fantastic. They are caring and efficient. I was very satisfied that they knew what they were doing, and they were able to communicate it to me in a way that I understood the level of care that my mother needed, and I appreciated that. I liked our initial conversation. I liked that they were very responsive. The timing worked out as well. I liked the way the company handled themselves. The caregivers are very knowledgeable, very kind, and understanding. Older people can be forgetful, and they can be very set in their ways; however, the caregivers are just great. Caregiving was not something that my mother was interested in, but I knew she needed it, and now she is very happy when they come. That's a testament to the knowledge, the temperament, and the personality of the people involved. They understand the care that they have to give, and I'm very relieved about that."

She is always attending to my aunt's needs...encourages her to drink her nutritional drink and water, wipes her face, massages her and takes her outside for fresh air. She also assists the gals in the home when changing or bathing my aunt. She also makes sure we know when things need to be purchased. We feel very lucky to have her"

"Became a client of Right at Home a few months ago. Utilized their services to help care for my adult brother. From my first interactions with Anne and Angela , I knew I had chosen a great agency. These wonderful women are a reflection of a professional and empathic home heath care provider. "We have someone from Right at Home of Lower Manhattan who is coming in now once a week, just to help my mom out. The young woman who comes is very kind, energetic, and patient. As far as the billing process, or when things need to change, like if the caregiver needs a day off or whatever, they have been very good at communicating with us. It's very simple. We can do it all through email. I haven't had any issues at all. The caregiver is assisting with household tasks like cleaning, grocery shopping, and laundry, and sort of just being in the apartment when my mom takes a shower, just so that there is somebody to look out that she doesn't slip or whatever. It's like once a week, and it's whatever needs to be done. If my mom needs to go shopping, she takes her shopping. If she needs laundry, she'll do the laundry. She offers companionship and other helpful things."
