"I am a current temporary resident of this facility because I had a total knee replacement done. So I came here seeking PT and OT treatment and also regular treatment while I was healing. This is such a nice place with wonderful care and you can tell that the workers are sincerely concerned with making sure you are comfortable and cared for. It is clean and I love love the nurses aides are always there for me. So I couldn’t recommend this high enough!!!!"

"I toured the Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. It was good and very respectful, nice, kind, and clean. The dining area was good. They keep the residents occupied with events every week and try to make it so that everyone is comfortable, which is very helpful. The staff member who gave the tour was very kind."

"My mother is in Lincoln Park Renaissance Rehab & Nursing. It's excellent. I'm very happy with them. It's very clean. The staff is awesome. They take very good care of my mother, who is hard to take care of. They're always friendly and always smiling. They have little concerts, they play games, they have art classes, and Zumba. It's very active. There are a few things every day. My mother said the food is very good. The choices are good, and it tastes good."

"My Mom has been a Medicaid resident for almost a year. The facility is not quite up to par esthetically since it is an old facility. However, the care and attention is of the utmost quality. My Mom is comfortable, clean and cared for. I am there on an almost daily basis and have never seen anything "out of the way". I cannot say enough about the nurses and the CNAs. They are wonderful and also treat me with the utmost respect and care. I feel comfortable with highly recommending Cranford Hall with no hesitation. I am not doing this for a gift card. "I think Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is good. The rooms are clean, and they are of good size. They have at least three activities every day. "

"My mom is going to be transferred to AristaCare at Delaire. The reason I picked it was, it's being completely remodeled, so the rooms and bathrooms and the whole building, once the renovation is done, are going to be completely new. The activities that they have there for the seniors are something that I was interested in. The fact that they told me right away that it's not a prison, that I can take my mom for the day as long as she's back by around 8:00, and that I can take her out to places and visit family and stuff, and no other place was telling me that. It's an excellent tour. The staff pointed out more things that I hadn't even thought of. I was very, very impressed by this place. I've known a couple of families that have their mothers there. One lady was there for over 10 years, she just recently passed away, but she was also like 94 years old. And they were always glowing reviews of this place, and I saw it for myself. They're still finishing up the remodeling. They explained before, 'Sorry for the appearance,' but they're restructuring the whole building and modernizing everything, so you certainly can't get mad at that. There's an outdoor area for the residents, and there are picnic tables and a whole bunch of stuff. They even have a large dining room where if you want to have parties for your loved one, they'll help you set up parties and bring the family and the whole thing there."

"I have a relative at Complete Care in Westfield. She has been there about 5 weeks. I had a few issues but the management addressed them immediately. They corrected these items within a day/two. This place is so very clean! When you walk in there, you don't get the ill smells that many nursing facilities have. It is very clean and I really feel that I have made the best decision for my niece. If we ever need this service again, we know where to go, Complete Care, Westfield, NJ. Thanks so much"

"Alaris Health At Riverton is terrible. It is the worst. You don't want your loved one to be there. I would never recommend it. I can't wait for my father-in-law to get out of there. The TV is breaking down every five minutes. They feed him terrible food. They're OK with care, but it's not ideal. The staff is OK. The people are nice enough, but they're shorthanded. They feed them a hot meal for lunch and a sandwich for dinner. We have to bring him food because he's starving. We talked to the people about our complaints, and they've been very nice about it and trying to be responsive."
