"Hopkins Center for Rehabilitation Healthcare Facility is very impressive They provide high caliber care. The rooms are clean, very sanitary, cozy and great view. The food is tasty and nutritious . Three meals a day breaktfast, lunch and dinner. On Wednesdays they set up the Dining Hall like a restaurant with linen table cloth silverware a menu describing the appetizer, entree and dessert. The entire staff are very attentive and make you feel that patient care is their utmost priority."

"My grandmother stayed at Lincoln Park Renaissance and the medical/nursing care that she got received was above and beyond. The way the staff (CNA, Nurses, therapists...) cared for her during her 3 month stay as if it was their own family member. The food was really good, and any medical question/need was given its utmost attention. I would feel very comfortable sending my love one there again."

"ProMedica Skilled Nursing And Rehabilitation in Piscataway is great. It really is. I've been back and forth here like four times, and the people are good. They give me three meals today, physical therapy, my medicine, and if I need help getting dressed and washed up, they help me do that. They have all kinds of activities for the residents, like movies. There is something is going on every day."

"The staff there seem to really care about the patients. They do many activities such as movies, bowling, shopping, computers, pets, and cooking. I enjoy the commune to the place because it is close and it is very welcoming. they do an excellent job here. The only negative thing about it, is it is on the pricey side. "

"My father-in-law was in Willow Creek Rehabilitation and Care Center. It was OK. It wasn’t as nice as the place we put them in and I don’t think that the staff was as professional, caring, and responsive. The nursing staff should probably pay attention to their patients more than they did. The cleanliness wasn’t fantastic. The food was OK."

"Parker at Stonegate was a very nice community and it's very close to home. So, that would be a nice choice for us, but we can't afford that yet. We looked at the studio and it was wonderful. Everything is convenient. The staff is very caring and knowledgeable. The person who took us through the facility was very responsive to all our questions. The residents all looked happy. They didn't look depressed or anything. It's very nice. I know people moving to Highland Park just to be able to get into Parker at Stonegate. They are looking after their residents and I'm sure nobody is overlooked in the assisted living. They have a pool, a gym, and a park. The place looked very clean and well taken care of. It was a very nice experience overall."

" I was at cedar oaks for sub acute rehab this is not my first time here and if I ever need a place to go CO is my first choice. The staff is warm and nice always smiling, therapy makes you work so you can get better and home as soon as possible, and I also enjoyed the full activity program. I plan to visit the facility from home so I can meet and keep in touch with the staff and other friends at the facility. On memorial weekend we had a great BBQ. At the day of discharged one staff member said to me “you might be discharging as a patient but now you are part of the AristaCare family you are always invited to come and visit” "

"Right now, my mom is in a nursing home called Embassy Manor at Edison Nursing and Rehabilitation. My brother and I read the reviews, we checked several places, and that one was on the top. The place is clean, but it seems that they don't have a lot of employees. They have a gym for rehab. They have a dining area but it's not that big. In terms of location, there are a few restaurants there."

"My aunt right now is in a place called McCarrick and this place is really nice. It didn't smell when I visited her. The people are nice. From what I gathered there, they had activities and things for people to do. "

"We recently toured the facility and found this 5 star nursing home to be clean and caring. The administrator met us and took us throughout the building where we spoke to a few residents and staff. One of the activities staff said "we have a good time here" and all the residents I spoke to supported her. Everyone seemed to be busy with exercising, bingo, black jack, mah jong, religious services, arts and crafts or just chatting with their friends and family. The nurses were always present helping the residents and they seemed to be very polite and respectful. This facility has a special Chinese unit where they prepare and serve Chinese meals from their own menu, have Chinese-language television and weekly visits from Chinese volunteers who provide a lively exercise program. All in all it was a wonderful visit and I'm anxious to have our family member admitted asap. "

"Facility seems worn out- wallpaper peeling, dining room is drab; parking is almost non-existent. Nurses and professional staff are wonderful, but dining room aides shove large spoonfuls of food into patients' mouths, without care for the mess they're making, or if the patient has chewed the previous mouthful. They do start the patient's day with making sure they are clean, but I think the patients there sit all day in their wet/dirtied clothes; couldn't get a straight answer for how often they are checked to see if their diaper needed changing. Otherwise, there is good communication between doctors/nurses and family of patients. "

"Hartwyck at Oak Tree is a top of the line nursing home for the elderly. With good and healthy food and their daily games, I can say that this nursing home is a good social place for the elderly. Even the faculty there are helpful, with almost one person per elderly. There was living space for over a hundred elderly citizens. With a convenient living place, Hartwyck at Oak Tree also has private quarters which can accommodate up to 2 people per room. The down side was that the nursing home did not have a large out doors are where the elderly could enjoy some fresh air. Also, this nursing home is located off a very major road and this does not help those who seek solitude. All in all, this nursing home will be a good place for those elderly citizens who might have family or guests over almost every week. "
