We transferred my father at Francis Parker. This place is excellent. It never smelled. There is no better place than Francis E Parker. They had people that were dressed nicely. It's a fantastic nursing home. My father never got any bedsores. The food was stupendous. They even have dinner where the family could come and they serve lobster. They have parties and they also got regular entertainment for people to cheer everyone else. They had nurses that their only job was to make sure that if somebody felt bad, they would sit down and talk to them.

This place is horrible. My mother was a resident here.. She was left unattended by the nursing and nursing aid staff without the oxygen she greatly needed. to breathe. I found her in the hallway sitting without it.I could not believe what I saw. She was 97 years old and needed the oxygen for her congestive heart failure. The nurse I spoke with made like it was not a big deal. Absolutely appalling. . This is how people are taken care of. here.

As a nurse, I am appalled at the care my family member is receiving here. Poor dementia services, asking families to hire private duty aides, etc. The facility isn't held to Medicare standards, because they do not take Medicate. Just horrible!

My mother was a resident there. She was left unattened to on her day of admission without herteeth in and drooling from the mouth. Within 1 or 2 months there she lost 30-40 pounds because the nursing staff wouldn't wake him up for breakfast. I complained to the executive office and nothing was done.. She had a seizure due to a fall and also had COPD.. They kept dosing her with morphine until she died. The end.

The staff there seem to really care about the patients. They do many activities such as movies, bowling, shopping, computers, pets, and cooking. I enjoy the commune to the place because it is close and it is very welcoming. they do an excellent job here. The only negative thing about it, is it is on the pricey side.

this is the best nursing home in new jersey. There is a 3 to 5 year waiting list. Also the food is good. the nursing staff is very caring. YOU will not hear of any nightmares that you would of other nursing homes. my mother was in 3 places before this
