Thank you for contacting Right at Home, which provides quality caregivers who help our clients maintain their independence while providing safety and comfort while living at home. Our service agreement, which is completed before beginning care, states that the Client agrees to remit payment within ten days of the date of each weekly RAH invoice. The collection process is only necessary when we are not paid in a timely manner and we follow a regimented collection process that never begins until after the invoice becomes past due. I appreciate your understanding of the necessity for us to follow our business process in order to continue to provide affordable, reliable service in home care. To address the issue of backup people, Right at Home maintains an extensive group of caregivers that are available to fill in when the regular caregiver is not able to cover a shift. Unfortunately, when there are last minute changes or call outs, it can be difficult to find a replacement caregiver since most are already engaged. Please rest assured that our staffing coordinators make every effort to cover these shifts with one of our competent, well-trained replacement caregivers. Hi Gordan, We are extremely grateful you've entrusted Right at Home of Montgomery County with your mother's care. Throughout our service of every client, particularly in the beginning stages of care, we appreciate feedback like yours so we find the best caregiver match for the client's needs in order to provide a great experience. While we don't require that English is their primary language when hiring caregivers, we do conduct extensive phone and live interviews and have each candidate complete and pass a written test to ensure they speak, read, and write clear English. In regards to invoicing, although Right at Home generally bills weekly, we do have a monthly billing plan available and would be happy to discuss this option with you.
