My mom is using A Better Solution. They're good. I have a girl that comes from there, too. She's fine. I don't think she's as good as the first caregiver, but she's very good. A personality shouldn't matter, but she's just not as interactive as the first girl is. She does what she has to do, and that's about it. The only time I really talk to these places is when I want to reschedule stuff, and I haven't had a problem with them rescheduling. They seem fine.
