It has allowed me to get out of the house to do things that I could not do by myself. They seem to be very friendly. Any time I have some sort of problem, they are very helpful in correcting the problem.

They're reliable, but when I have plans, I can't get anyone. Overall, I've been pleased with SYNERGY HomeCare. I'm pretty pleased with the girls that came. I know it's hard because I used to be a CNA also. It's hard not having the same person always.

She helped the most by driving me to doctor's appointments, filled out the forms for me, and pick up prescriptions, which there were dozens of appointments before the surgery. I really liked them. I have recommended them to others because they are efficient and kept track of her mileage, and I liked that. They were very helpful.

They come over and get my wife out of bed and get her in the bath. They are very punctual and concerned with my loved one.

They went above and beyond. They would ask to help clean and when I would get home the floor would be mopped. Synergy is by far my favorite. They are actually the best. They send my favorite people.

The services have helped to put me at ease and know that everything is going to be okay. The people that the owner hires to work for him are a reflection of who he is. Everyone is very professional, friendly, and understands the importance of being professional.

They took good care of me while I had them, I could of used more hours, I mostly need people to take me to doctor visits and grocery shopping, a little light housework, and that sort of thing. I would say that the people were very caring and accommodating and I enjoyed my caregiver very much.

They help the most by making me able to relax while I'm away and not worry. It is my favorite so far. The two ladies that came out were like angels. My husband was in a bad mood, and when they showed up, he lit up.

I think what they are doing is helpful and they are doing the extent of what they can. I think longer or more help would have more of an impact. They are very workable and they always have someone available. We have had a really good experience overall.
