We have 2 levels of care: Companionship and Personal Care. The Caregiver who comes to help is a companionship caregiver because that is the type of care that was selected. We can change that anytime. We have many wonderful caregivers who provide personal care including bathing. Please call the office to arrange this service. Thank you for the comments you made.

You mentioned the caregiver did fine but didn’t do much and didn’t do certain things. We welcome this kind of feedback and always encourage our clients to let us know how it’s going with their caregiver and whether they could be doing other things. I’m sorry for any miscommunication or misunderstanding that caregivers will never miss a shift. Unfortunately there will be occasions that a caregiver needs a day off due to scheduling, illness, or other issues. When becoming a Right at Home Temecula client, a Custom Care Plan is designed by utilizing a proprietary selection and screening system. This allows each of our clients to be comfortable with the caregivers assigned to our clients. We do have a gender distribution of both male and female caregivers employed on our staff.
If a client is concerned with the gender of a caregiver or has miscellaneous care concerns, we encourage concerns of this nature to be called to our attention for immediate review. We’ll work with each client every step of the way. Right at Home Temecula is your trusted friend in home care.

About Right at Home Temecula
Right at Home provides in-home caregiving services for thousands of families across the nation. We offer companionship and help with everyday tasks that have become challenging for an aging person. This may include things like meal preparation, laundry, housekeeping, hygiene and grooming. We also offer services for those with special care situations caused by numerous medical conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Custom Care Plan
From the moment you call, we begin considering the specific needs of your loved one. We ask questions during the initial call or meeting to form a basic needs assessment. After discussing your particular situation, we will prepare an initial Custom Care Plan and then work with you to fine tune that Care Plan based on your loved one's specific needs. Once the plan is agreed upon, your local Right at Home team matches the right caregiver to implement the plan.
Caregiver Training and Care Supervision
Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure that they're able to deliver the care set out in your loved one's Custom Care Plan. Before providing care, they're bonded and insured.
