I have been using Right at Home Temecula for my mother for eight months now. I didn't have a lot of time to do much searching. We felt that it was necessary to get somebody in there right away because my mother became non-ambulatory. So I called them and got the information from them, and they could send someone out the following day, so that was important for me. The caregiver is assisting my mother to the bathroom and bathing. Regarding billing and scheduling, it has been great so far. The caregiver is awesome. Her name is Brittney, and she's amazing. She is there every day on time and does exactly what she's there to do. She is there to take care of my mother and not both of them, but she's very good with both of them.

We had a little problem in the beginning because they were sending out some younger people who didn't know how to cook and things like that. We went through a couple of weeks of growing pains until we got the right caregivers. You can't really fault them though because a lot of their normal caregivers were not coming back to work because of the unemployment situation and COVID. Scheduling and billing are fine; everything is good.

I don't have to worry about coverage when they're there. I can run errands, and I don't have to worry about her. I have recommended them several times. They're reliable. They're able to ensure coverage of staff. The billing has been very accurate and timely. The staff that they've provided has been well trained and accommodating to my mother.

It's been positive, and the responsiveness when we have to get an appointment has been very helpful to have their flexibility. They have been very responsive on the scheduling because almost everything I've asked has been short notice.

The progression they were able to get out of my wife was the mot helpful part. I liked the caregiver that came in because they were constructive and got my loved one to do a lot of things that my loved one could not do.

They are a nice resource. We do not always need them, but when we do, they are nice to have. For the most part, they try to be accommodating to us and if we have a last minute issue, they try to accommodate. Most the caregivers have been really good.

They could get efficient caregivers that do their job. They sent out caregivers one time and then they sent a different one the following week, so they aren't consistent.

It is very important to me. I am worried about not having enough help. I am worried about them cutting back on my program. I need help with cooking, dressing, and all kinds of things. I think their service for senior people is really needed.

They do fine but they don't do certain things when they help me. They don't do much around the house and when they are done with everything they just sit around. They don't do much and basically come to watch me.
