I can't think of anything right now that they could improve. They take care of the little things around the house that we couldn't do and then give my wife showers. They are very helpful, and they're on time. They try to reach out to do something extra.

I got a phone call that my father had to go to the ER. When I got there, George, who runs the agency, was there to check on my father. I like that they have been very helpful in keeping decent staffing at my father's house. He has one primary caregiver with other fill ins, and they have all been very good.

I am a physical therapist, and I had to stay with them all the time to make sure they do things properly. They go somewhere to train, but the lady that came was too scared that he would be too difficult to move. It's fine if the person is pretty easy and doesn't need much skill. My loved one needs more than someone to talk to or to run errands.
