The company is poorly managed, and rude. There were several days no one showed up and management never called to let me know no one was coming. They overcharged me, contract 39 an hour, they charged 100 an hour. When I called to complain they ignored me for days. They were rude when I called. Some of the caregivers just ignored me, played games, one even went and washed her hair in my guest bathroom.

My father was recently discharged from the hospital, but before he could be released, we were told he would need 24 hour care. The discharge planner recommended we call Golden Years. Carrie, the care manger, met with us at the hospital and helped us create a great plan. Now that dad has been home for a few weeks he’s doing much better. We so glad to have been introduced to Carrie and their staff.
