My dad moved to Hilltop Grand Village. It's always up to date. It just seems like everybody that worked there was very nice, and the whole facility is just very nice. It's pretty new. It's about seven, almost eight years old. So, it was pretty up-to-date on stuff. His apartment is pretty spacious. He has a one-bedroom, and it's a pretty good size for one person. They have a swimming pool. They have activities. They have mass there. They have a barbershop. They do pedicures, manicures, haircuts, and a home therapist if they need it. They cook their own meals. They just have a lot. The value for money was very reasonable.

Hilltop Grand Village was a pleasant place. It was full, so we couldn't see any apartments. They had floor plans on paper but no dimensions, so we couldn't get an idea of how large they were. There wasn't a nursing home attached, so if you got sick there, you had to move to another facility. But it is a pleasant tour and it's a very nice place. It's out in the country, which makes it appealing. The pricing is average out of most of all of the homes. The fellow who gave the walk-through was very helpful and informative. But if we could have seen an apartment, that would have been most helpful. We saw the common spaces, the swimming pool, the exercise room and things like that, and they were very nice.

They have 6 different sized apartments. We choose a large 1 bedroom for our mom. It has a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Also had laundry in the apartment. Lots of space. We put a queen size bed in the bedroom room. It fit with lots of room for her dressers and she is very happy. Daily activities, mom loves to use the pool! Food is good! Staff is very friendly! Great choice for our family and piece of mind that mom is safe!

This Senior care facility is physically a beautiful place and has many amenities. Our parents were one of the first residents. Rick, the chef was the highlight of their day as he took the time to meet their needs in their meals which is a priority to seniors. Many of the staff are caring and are willing to take the time to care but we found out that as more needs developed with our parents they could not meet their needs. It took a life threatening fall in their facility to end their stay and we had to find other arrangements because they could “ no longer meet their needs”. Although this is a beautiful place and can meet the basic needs, please know that troubles may arise if your loved ones regress to a point where they cannot meet their needs.

Hilltop Grand Village has several amenities, the rooms are larger than any of the places that we visited, and the facility is brand new and not rundown. The staff are wonderful and are very good people. The place is in an ideal location. My mom just recently moved in and she's fine. She's doing scheduled activities during the day, like meals, swimming, and exercising. The food is good.

My mother has moved into Hilltop Grand Village. It's brand new, so it's very nice and comparable in price to other communities. The staff members are fine. They're very helpful and do what they need to be doing. The grounds are very nice. My mother hasn't participated in many activities because she is not overly sociable. They have a pool and even do therapy in there. Residents seem to be active.
