"Our Mom rehabbed at Rennes for about 3 weeks as she recovered from several stays in the hospital. Rennes provided her with a safe, clean and comfortable environment to rehab while providing skilled nursing care that was infused with compassion and professionalism. Mom enjoyed her interactions with the OT and PT staff who helped her realize her potential as she worked on gaining back her strength and self confidence. The staff was always open to phone calls and updates with family members... we always felt a connection to the progress Mom was making during her stay. One of the best parts of Mom rehabbing at this Rennes was how content she was being there... she was pleased with the skilled & talented staff, enjoyed the great meals, and felt safe and cared for each and every day. "My wife is at Pride Tlc Therapy And Living Campus. They take really good care of her over there, and the meals are pretty decent, too. It's clean and nice. It's super inside there. It's clean, up-the-date, and everything. The staff is just wonderful. They're really helpful and friendly. They're really helpful to my wife. They help her in and out of bed and with meals and stuff. I'm really satisfied with them. This is her third time over there now. With regards to the meals, some are good, and some aren't. For activities, there's walking, occupational therapy, and physical therapy twice a day. They play bingo. They have other activities out there, too."

"My father is now at North Central Health Care. He has been there for two months now. It is good. The cleanliness and the maintenance are good, but it doesn't have the homey atmosphere and it is very expensive. My father's room isn't very appealing, but the care is good. The staff and food are very good. They keep their residents active. They don't just put them in the chair in the morning and leave them. They have physical therapy and occupational therapy."

"The Alzheimer's ward at Pine Crest Nursing Home is nothing more than a bed with a toilet you share with four other people. They have been good to my aunt, but I wouldn't put my mom there at this point. It is basically a nursing home. My aunt is very happy there, but she has no memory of me or my mom. She hasn't remembered us for probably 10 years already. They're pretty crowded. They're a locked down facility, which is really a different scenario than what my mom is needing. That part of the facility where my aunt is locked down, so you have to have a password to get into those areas and a password to get out. They have like a little patio. Because of Covid, everything was changed. I couldn't even go up to actually see my aunt, and I have to go through the window. The staff there has always been really wonderful. I didn't like the food when we would go there. It was a poor quality of food. The facilities are very nice and accommodating. In the Alzheimer's unit, they're kind of cooped in. The rest of the facility is very clean."

"This is a little older home but the rooms are clean and the patients love the food. My uncle is living here with hospice at this time and the great thing about it is that his wife of almost 65 years can stay in an adjoining apartment so she can be near to him. She can eat at the facility for a reasonable amount. "

"Portage County had people for rehab and people who stayed. They did a good job, and I recovered quite fast. The rooms were very clean; they came every day to clean. The location was good for me, and the landscaping was always taken care of. "
